Anything big, anything significant, anything truly exciting that you want to accomplish, you're not going to accomplish alone. And you're going to run yourself into the ground. If you don't develop some leaders and build some strong, capable people around you, if all you do is hire helpers and then micromanage those people, you will be exhausted, they will be frustrated, they won't work for you for very long. So what's involved? You've got to pass the baton. You need to retire early, you need to take a vacation. You need to create an exit plan. When you'll do these kinds of things, when you'll hire and build a great team around you. And then let them do their jobs, empower them, coach them, but actually give them the baton. Give them, pass the authority on to them. Stop trying to run every leg with them. Stop trying to be with them at every step of the stage. Let them make a little bit of mistakes. Be. Be there. Pass the baton firmly. Don't just drop it, but pass it. Make sure they got it. Watch them run the next leg, right? That is the critical function of powerful leaders that create groups of powerful leaders around them. They have to learn to pass the baton. So stop thinking about dying on the job. Think about the next job. Stop just giving people one step to do at a time. Stop not trusting people. Stop thinking too little of people. Start to trust people. Start to let them make some mistakes. Start to appreciate, appreciate their effort and their humanity. Give them the baton, right, fully pass it. Let them run with it a little bit. That will build a powerful organization around you, will build powerful people, powerful leaders who also appreciate you for what you let them accomplish, for what you let them take on. And that makes a real difference. That's how you build not just a significant thing, but a lasting organization of a great team and a legacy and a culture of leadership that is unstoppable. I hope that's been helpful for you. I know it has for many of the people that I've coached over the years. We'll talk to you again soon.
