I came up with six aligned momentum key indicators. I call aligned momentum that state when change is more natural. And I look at organizations to see when, because oftentimes they don't stay in that state forever when they've been in that state and what's happened and what's happened when they weren't in that state. But one of the key elements is clarity. And you said there's that aha. In the leadership team. Well, yeah, that's only part of it. But you need to execute strategy, and so you need to communicate that also. So part of it is getting clear for you, and the other part is being clear for others. You now get it and you feel it. Hopefully you're inspired by it. How are you gonna communicate that to others so that they see how they fit in their roles and actually help execute what's needed.
