“The more you learn, the less you know”—is there a truer sentence in existence than this? #RyanHa

The more and more people you study and the more and more people you talk to and you actually listen to what they're saying and you get a feel for what the world is like through their eyes. The more reasonable you become, the more, like, open minded, I would hope you become, the more curious you become in other people and finding them fascinating. I think that's, that's something I've learned is like, I think at the beginning of, of my work, especially when I launched my podcast almost 10 years ago, I thought, like, okay, I know, I know a good deal about leadership. I kind of know what's going on. And then the more and more people I talk to, I feel like I know less and less and less. Even though I'm learning more.
