So all that and more. Scalingcoach.com Anyway, back to the story. So some years ago, I found myself in a similar position. I was making some progress in the business. I was finding my way around things and yet I felt like I was not having fun and things were out of whack and that kind of thing. For me, it lived like there were the things that I enjoyed doing and then there were the things I was supposed to do and was proud of doing, but they weren't like synced up. And here's the thing, when you can bring your passions and your play and your purpose and fulfillment all into line and integrate those things, it's magical. So at the time, my hobby, the thing that I love to do and didn't spend enough time doing, in my view, was flying small airplanes. And I would fly a variety of small airplanes and I loved acrobatic flying and scenic flying around Northern California, in the mountains and along the coast and that kind of thing. Except this is an expensive, time consuming hobby that took away from my business and the family, the duties and that kind of thing. So I always felt guilty about doing my flying and there wasn't any integration with the work that I did and so on. Well, I simply figured out how to integrate those things. And I think there's a lesson here for all of us that I keep applying both in my own life and in the people that we work with. Can you find a way to sync up the purpose and the passion, the playthings in your business, in your life and all the other places? I think there's something very powerful. What I did in this case is I took kids flying. So my purpose is making a difference in life. The purpose of our business is often being a contribution or doing something really great. And I took my hobby and I gave it away. You could say I shared it with others. In a way. So I started taking kids flying. Now my wife wanted me to spend time and money out flying airplanes, that kind of thing. That led to a tremendous amount of press for both me and the company that gave us a great deal of access to media and the public and so on, and left me feeling happier. In turn, my kids also spent more time family. So fun, play, family, work, all those things started to get integrated and I realized there didn't have to be a separation between the things that I loved and craved and wanted more of and the things that I felt like I needed to do and was proud of doing. Like all that could get integrated. Anyway, I hope that's helpful for you. Stay tuned, subscribe like us, and you'll get these tips and ideas and things like that every week. Hopefully something makes a difference for you. Thanks. It.
