We've also got getting real conversations, conversations with CEOs about how they grew and developed over time in their business. All that and more. Wherever you get your great podcast content, you can go to itunes, Stitcher, Spotify, et cetera, YouTube, or you can find them on our website, scalingcoach.com where we've got show notes, downloads to all the tools, special offers, all that kind of thing and more. Scalingcoach.com so I've worked with a few companies like this. I can remember one where we went through the face exercise, the functional accountability chart. We looked at all the jobs and the CEO realized he didn't want most of those jobs on there, even though his name was in most of the rows of that chart. Another one I looked at also realized he loved the business, but not all of the parts of the business. He loved the core activity of the thing that they did. So we gave it all away. In both of those cases that I'm thinking of there, we worked with that CEO over the space of a year or two to start to give away accountability for everything until they were left with only the part that they really loved. The tool that we mostly use around this is the functional accountability chart or the face tool, and you'll find that and more at our website. We'll put a link right here in the show notes for you. And then it's really about starting to give away the things that you don't want to do over time, starting to fill in around you and you'll create a company that you love and get back in love with the parts that you were drawn to in the first place. Hope that's helpful for you. My name is Bill Gallagher, Scaling coach, host of the Scaling Up Business podcast. Thanks again for listening. We'll see you next time. Scalingcoach. Com. Bye bye.
