Great client of ours, but right at the onset of when people were starting to come back from COVID we talked. He said, hey, we're thinking about instituting and requiring people to come back to the office. And our. Our counsel to him was, you can do that, but you have to get ready for people to leave. And he said, you're kidding me. Really? I mean, people would leave? And I said, oh, yeah, absolutely. Because while Covid had a huge downside, it. It literally, it was the catalyst to help push us more fully into that idea of a new workplace and thinking of it differently. And he went out and talked to people, and he said, he surveyed them informally, and he said, if we require people to come back, how does that land with you? And a number of people said, I'd be on LinkedIn looking for another job. So we give him credit for thinking it through, but not everybody's doing it. There have been a lot of return to work mandates, and they're not going so well.
