Cisco, the food delivery company similar to Starbucks, they have an app for ordering. And when a purchasing manager in a restaurant opens that app in 300 milliseconds, that app knows who they are this the restaurant location, their menu, their price points, what they tend to consume, at what rate, whether they tend to buy in bulk or on spot. And then it also knows in the local warehouse what they have available. And because it's food, there's stuff they want to move. So they may give you an incentive, a new idea for something on your menu with a discount for something they want to move. And all of that makes it so easy and personalized. So we've interviewed a number of the customers who use this app, and they say it's just totally changed the way they buy.
