Looking at Gallup's numbers disengagement at a nine year high in their 2023 study. We got our work cut out for us. But Bill, going back to the idea of the old model stoplight intersection organizations that are still taking great individual contributors and making a managers without training, without even asking them do you want to manage or develop other people? What they're asking them to do is say hey, that thing you did by yourself, can you magically make other people do that same thing and have that success? And it rarely works out. So again it requires a different perspective on how we think about who should manage people and how we equip them to manage people. But it's an issue and if it's not resolved, the workforce today will move on. And that's why you see people saying, you know, I'm not here for more than a couple of months because I don't like it and I don't like this person. It has a huge impact on the organization.
