Bill Gallagher explains why founders can't do everything themselves as their business scales. You need a leadership team with specialized expertise so you don't spread yourself too thin across areas where you're not an expert.
You have to make sure you're on the same page and you have to have a leadership team. You know, and that's another point that that's to me very important is you have founders that, that are there and they are all things, all things to the business and they think that they're the best at every, every piece of that business. And when you start it, you may be extremely talented at all aspects of the business when you start but as you grow that business and you have to become even sharper, even better at each little piece of that business, that's when you start as a founder or as a business owner not having all of the expertise you need, you start getting spread out too thin. You don't have the level of knowledge in specific areas that you really need as you're growing. So putting together the proper leadership team that is sitting there and putting together all of the plans that you need to put together is very, very important.
