Chapters

And with such high percentages of employees in the past two years quitting, saying they didn't like their boss, they didn't feel appreciated, and so forth, maybe you should be changing your culture any number of different ways. So you define what that is. Now, you're hiring for the new culture, and a person coming in might. You might want that person to be a disruptor, okay? To change the status quo. But if you're the CEO, you better support that person because they'll be passive aggressive. People will be throwing out banana peels trying to force that person to leave.
