The thing I loved most about working with the CEO that I got to work with for those years was he listened. You know, he didn't just demand that I do it the way he said it, because maybe he had an idea and it wasn't a bad idea, but maybe through conversation, we could get to a better place. And he was always willing to have that conversation. And I think that is something that is such a valuable asset to have as a CEO, to not be so ego driven that you can't hear what somebody else might be saying. Right. And so there was times where we would have, like, a difficult thing we would need to say to the company or to the people or customers or whatever, and we would really, you know, think about it, wring our hands over it, and make sure that what we said was as respectful as it can be.
