You may look at this woman and say like, honey, I've seen a thousand women that look like you before. But that woman is walking into the sit into the fitting room with all of her self talk and insecurities and stories and you have to be there and present for her. And that lesson may not, it may not be as emotional, it may not be as fraught in the businesses that I work with today, but it's true all the time in business. You know, whenever you're working with a customer, you need to meet them where they are, you know, and you may be an expert and you may be sort of laissez faire about how you see the problem because you've seen it before. Like, you know, you, you've been down this road. It's not your first rodeo. But if it's their first rodeo, then you have to be thoughtful from their perspective about their concerns and everything.
