Live from the Tech Talk studios in the nation's capital and the heartland of America, it's Tech Talk.
Well, it's Friday, and if you're a Tech Talk fan, this is your favorite day of the week. We're here to spread the joy of TechTalk and some amazing education about things going on in the field of chiropractic profession. My co host, the one and only Dr. Jay Greenstein from Washington, D.C. the nation's capital. Jay, how's it going in D.C. brad, it's a nutty place to be today.
It's.
Well, I'll tell you, it's just raining and cold. It's crazy. It's like almost June and it's like 69 degrees in my house and like 65 outside, and it's just dreary. But I can't really complain because Memorial Day weekend was phenomenal. So it's all good. Yeah, it was beautiful. Like, incredible. I did.
I saw you were cooking a little bit. You sent me an image last night late and.
Well, listen, I got, I got to show my wares to the Oklahoma food dude. You're, like tearing it up. You're, like growing. You're following. You're blowing up on Instagram and Facebook. I gotta, I just, I just want to get a little piece of that, you know, a little piece of that cooking mojo, you know, we're going to.
Get everything set up. We're going to invite you to come to Oklahoma. We're going to cook together and film that episode and love it and dedicate it some way to this profession and hopefully get a great audience to watch it and comment about it.
I love it. I love it. Well, you cooked for me before, man, so I'm ready to eat. Let's go. Let's make it happen.
Absolutely. Hey, we've got, we've got a great guest with us today that is even bringing more AI to the plate. It's amazing. We've had a run of AI experts on TechTalk and it's just more and more of the subject matter that we're talking about today because, Jay, it is becoming very relevant. It's becoming very important that our providers in this profession really understand the use of artificial intelligence. Try to understand exactly what it is about and how you can apply it for this profession. We cannot afford to let this profession fall down when it comes to this new technology. They've done that in the past on some things. We're not going to let them do it. We're going to keep preaching this world. Why don't you. Why don't you introduce our guest, Mr. Billy Sticker today? And let's get started.
Yeah. I'm super excited to have Billy here. I saw Billy speak at Parker. He just, like, was dropping knowledge bombs left and right. I was so impressed. He was talking about AI so things, Brad, that you and I are interested in. And he's got a great history in chiropractic. He's got a great reputation in chiropractic. So, Billy, welcome, sir. Thank you so much for being with us today and spending some time with us.
Yeah, Brad, Dr. J, thanks for having me on. Looking forward to it. So we're here to give, hopefully drop some more of those knowledge bombs that everybody could actually go and implement in practice tomorrow.
Yeah, you've got a great story, Billy. So maybe you could just tell us kind of how you cut your teeth, how you grew up in chiropractic, and what you're doing today that's driving the most value for your clients.
Sure. So back in. Well, growing up, one of my dad's closest friends was a chiropractor. And I still. I went and saw him a handful of times, but never knew really what chiropractic was until 2007, I went to work for a chiropractor. He had multiple locations and was looking for a marketer. And I came in, I drank the Kool Aid, fell in love with the profession, started seeing this life change that I was just amazing. Why didn't this friend of ours tell me that this is what chiropractic was? And absolutely fell in love with it. We doubled the volume in both of our loc. And I mean, that was it. It's like, how. What can I do to help better serve this profession? And. And so that turned into a podcast. We had the Chiral Candy podcast, which that's what it was. It was just a podcast about marketing and how do you get your message out? And right now, there are people driving past your office that want what it is you do. They just don't know what you do. They don't want their kids on medication. They want a healthy family. They want that lifestyle. They don't know that's called chiropractic. But we have all of these tools now, you know, with social media to get that message in front of these people. Let me help you do that. Like, let's talk about how. What that looks like. And so that's kind of what started it. And we've worked with over 2000 chiropractors all over the world. We've got clients. We have clients that have been with us seven and eight years. We've got clients in several different countries. We've worked with just a bunch and now we've pivoted quite a bit to all the AI stuff. What does that look like? And I can talk about that more about that. But we even started a separate business with a business partner and we have AI developers and we're building some really cool stuff now.
So are you doing. You have clients that do marketing, you've got clients that come and do AI consulting to help them implement AI into the business, which I think is a great, great business model. There's got to be overlap between the two.
Yes, yes. A lot of, a lot of AI that we're doing in chiropractic is more around the front end, you know, helping you get your message out. So one of the things that we've done, we've been real big about is how do we use video? You know, people best known beats best people are going to go to the best known chiropractor, not necessarily the best in their area, whoever they know. Well, how do we use, you know, video to do that? Well now it's like how do we use AI to help create that video? So we don't have to. Our team can do it all for us. So we've got some cool strategies and techniques we do around that. So yeah, looking forward to share any questions you have on that. We can jump in whichever way you want to take this.
Yeah, I mean I would love to dive in a little bit on the marketing side specifically and then we can definitely get into the AI consulting piece in the next segment. But you know, marketing has become so complex, you know, so much different than when I started practice, you know, 32 years ago. I mean there's cold traffic, there's Google and SEO, there's sure you've got a good website, there's email campaigns. Like there's so much. Billy, can you just share a little bit about how you help your clients? Do you specialize in one area? Do you have people in your team who specialize? And is it kind of a full suite of marketing services? What does that look like for people who are interested in just learning about what you do?
Yeah, for years it was mainly Facebook ads and then Google Ads. We're really, really good at Google Ads. So those are the two main services that, that we've done for a long time. We really don't do websites. We kind of, you know, have some people we recommend to help you with that, but something else like we can help with SEO and let's actually, let's park there for a second, talking about just new strategies. We all know SEO is important because this is somebody looking for you. They are going into Google, they're going into Bing, and they're typing in chiropractor near me or, you know, back pain near me or whatever it is. They're typing in these keywords. And studies show that if you're one of the top three ratings for those people, you're going to get on average 15 to 20 visits out of 100. So that's not even that many. And you have to be in the top three. Let's say 15 people go to your website. A solid website is going to convert about 5%. So of those, you're looking at 0.75% of people that are going to call you or schedule an appointment of 100 people that search in your area. So if you're wanting seven to 10 appointments from your website every month, there needs to be over 1300 people searching in your area for that math to eventually work out. Well, you're looking at 1300 people that we never even get their information. We only get the ones who go to the website, right? Yeah, but we have tools now where we can actually capture all 1300 people's information. They never have to go to your website. We capture their name, their email, their phone number, their addresses. Now, we don't necessarily have the permission to call them, but you know what we can do? We can drop a postcard in the mail and we can retarget them on Facebook, Instagram, and maybe even LinkedIn, depending on, you know, know, LinkedIn works a little bit. But the majority of your patients are going to be on Meta, and that.
Is, do those people actually fill out a form or are you somehow using technology to gather that information?
Abracapocus. It's. It's technology that's been around that these, you know, Fortune 500 companies have used for years. Well, for several years that they had really big budgets. Now, there's some things we can do as small businesses that allow us to do that. They don't have to fill out anything. All we have to do is we need to know what keywords we're targeting and the zip codes we're going after. So we do that, and then it's going to cost us typically per per contact we capture doing it that way. We do have a fee. It's roughly about 90 cents per per contact. And then you would just put a Cap on it. You're like, look, I don't want more than, you know, however many of these, you know, a month. But we send them a postcard, we retarget them on social media. And the thing is, is this is already happening to us. You're going to Google, you're going to, you know, these search engines and looking something up.
Yeah.
And then the next time you're on social media, you're seeing ads for the competitors. This is how they're doing that. And so that's a great way. But whenever you combine that, we can even use the same technology on your website. So people that go to your website, even if they don't fill out information, they just visit your website, we can still capture their name, emails, phone numbers, their physical address. We can already retarget them on social media with, you know, a TikTok pixel and a Facebook Pixel. But now being able to also put a postcard in the mail to them where, oh, my goodness, this office is everywhere. Every time I turn around, I'm seeing this doctor, whether it's in my mailbox or, you know, or here. It's a great way to do it. And you can actually even, you know, the, the cookie. My mind went blank. The little cookie thing that pops up on websites and whenever you first get there. Yeah, technically, if you have that completed right, you can. The people that go to your website, you can drop them in your CRM and send them an email now, too, because that's giving them permission, you know, for you to use cookies, you know, to track them. I still wouldn't call them, you know, I wouldn't send them a text message if they, you know, they need to opt in.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
But as a great example, we've done, I think 15 or 16 Carnival cruises. And if I go to Carnival's website to just look anything up, the next day, Wanda from Carnival, it's a lady we've used for years, is going to call me because she gets a notification that I was on the website looking at stuff and I'm already in their database. So she'll just pick up the phone and call, hey, you're looking to book a new trip. And it's like, how did you know, you know?
Well, you know how they know, though?
Now I know they know.
Yeah.
But if at first I was like, do you like, did you know I was on your site last night? And she's like, yeah, we get notified. I was like, how in the world do they do that? Well, now we know. And now we get to use that, you know, and stuff you're looking at Carnival's a huge corporation, but now we get to do it for local chiropractors and local businesses. And so it's things like that that we're really excited about because these are extremely hot leads. These are people looking for your services. But you know, Facebook and Instagram is great, but that's interruption marketing. That's just like setting up a booth at the Bridal Expo. Nobody's going to the Bridal Expo looking for a chiropractor. Chances are there's one set up though, you know, and you're, they're doing screenings and you still get some, some business that way. And that's a really a lot what Facebook and Instagram is. But if you can use that to get your messaging out there and stay top of mind and then use that in conjunction with these other strategies and then this is really more just automation stuff. This really isn't a lot of AI. This is just some of the cutting edge things we're doing. And then you top that with AI and it just gets more and more powerful.
Love it.
Yeah. Hey guys, let's, let's jump in here, take a quick break and Billy, I'm excited to jump in and ask you a few questions. This is Tech Talk. I'm Brad Kost. My co host, Dr. Jay Greenstein. Our guest today is Mr. Billy Sticker. We'll be right back.

Starting your weekend outright with the data jocks of talk. It's TED Talk. Spreading the love. You're listening to the tech slot. It's Tech Talk.
Well, welcome back. This is TechTalk. Man, this is a great conversation going on. Jay, like I said, we've had several AI experts in a row and Billy is just right there with everybody else. Billy, you and Jay were talking earlier about the AI that you were doing, but can you just recover how important it is for chiropractor to understand about AI, about using AI for content generation, for maybe even training or educational videos and some of the software that you're using to do that?
Yeah, that's a, it's a great question. And I want us to think about this. If I ask you, okay, think about your favorite patient right now. There are a couple of people that come to mind. When you see that they're on the books that day, you know, you kind of light up a little bit because they're compliant. They show up for appointments, they refer like they're educated. They understand what you do, why you do it, how you do it. They know why they're there. It's because they're educated. And normally that education starts on your day ones and your day twos and then your, your table talk that you have with them, you know, over the course of, of their care. What if that education started two weeks before they came in, two months before they came in, where when they come in for their first appointment, they already know like and trust you. They understand what you do and why you do it and how you do it. I mean, those are, those are better than referrals as far as a new patient goes. We all love referrals, right? But a referral doesn't know you and you don't know them. You just leverage a relationship that you share. Well, whenever you're doing content, regular content that's going out to your community and attracting your ideal people, like your ideal patients are watching and engaging with that content. When they come in, half that relationship's already there. They already, they feel like they know you, you just don't know them yet. And these are much higher quality patients than your typical quote unquote Facebook lead that comes in. And the way we do that is by getting some solid content out there. And we've been doing this strategy for seven or eight years. I actually even wrote a book about it called Tribe of Patients. It's like we call it our perfect patient, Tribe Turbine. How you do these weekly videos, you tell Facebook, anybody that watches a percentage of it, put them in a new audience. And we want to continue to build that audience where every time they turn around, there you are again. Well, the issue is not everybody likes to do content. Not everybody's good at doing content. And so one of the strategies we've come up with is, and we can get pretty detailed on this, I'm going to give you kind of a high level view. How do we use AI to help with this? Number one is I would go to chat GPT and type in a prompt similar to this. I need a patient profile of a chiropractic patient. Or if you're doing different niches in your, you know, in your practice, you can talk about that. You know, I need a neuropathy or weight loss patient, whatever, functional medicine. But I want to know, you want to know these five questions. I want to know their pains, their problems, what do they want, what do they not want and what have they tried before? And that's going to give you an output. You save that as a Google Doc, now we can get detailed. You can actually build a custom GPT that you know and train your, your chatgpt to always write everything to that. But let's just say you have that done, then put that in there, say, okay, Now I need 52 questions that this ideal patient would ask about my services. And then they're going to give you 52. Those are 52 videos you get to do for, you know, once a week for your community and you always want it. So you make reels. We don't want to make these three to five minute videos, we want to make 40 second videos, give or take. You start with that question, that's the hook. Because in marketing you always want to enter the conversation they're already having in their mind. And so the if that's a question they're really asking, that's going to grab their attention because there it's something that they're already thinking. So, so you start with that hook, you give them a quick answer about it and then a short call to action at the end of that video. Well, now we take those video, those questions and we put it in chat GPT and say, okay, I need a 30 to 40 second dialogue only video. Script for this question and for this one and for this one. And so it starts getting all. Getting us dialogue only video scripts. When you ask Chat GPT for a video script, it's gonna like set the scene and it's gonna have person one.
Give you the lighting.
It's yes, you know, we need camera two over here at this angle. No, that's why you say I just need dialogue only. Because then what we're gonna do is ideally put it in 11Labs. Now, 11Labs allows you to professionally clone your voice. And it's great because once you have that, you spend a little bit of time training it to clone your voice. And I've actually got a training video that we can actually give everybody at the end of this to show you how to do this. But you train your voice. So you take that script, put in 11 labs, and it's going to give you a voiceover. Now let's kind of put all that on pause for a second. Ideally, you should be doing B roll videos. Any chance you can. If you can create like a Google Drive full of B roll videos. You with a patient.
Wait, Billy, explain what a B roll video is.
Okay, yeah, perfect. B roll is just extra video. It's not you looking at the camera talking, it's just you doing whatever. Right? You can be upfront talking with your cas. Maybe you're at the gym, you're at the park playing with the kids, you're at a restaurant, you're cooking with your spouse, or you are with a patient. You' shoulder range of motion, you're in front of a nerve chart. It's just these three to five second clips. And normally they're shorter than that, but you just get these little bitty clips of you doing all kinds of things. When you're on vacation, hand the phone to one of your kids and say, I need, hey, record me walking here. You know, and you just get these short clips and you build this library full of B roll video. Well, then all you have to do is tell your team, hey, you know, this week let's do that video. You know, next week do this video. They've already got all the scripts, they've already got all the voiceovers because you've already, we've already done all that. All they have to do is put those, that voiceover over a couple of different of those videos and then you've got videos you can kick out once a week on all these different topics without you having to record videos every single week.
What you're really saying is you're not only educating them about the chiropractic profession, but you're actually educating them about that specific doctor, that he is trustworthy, that he does things in a great humanistic way. You get all this B roll around him, showing that he's a human to build that trust factor before they ever get there.
Yep, absolutely.
So, Billy, I want to go through the process again. So the process is identify your perfect patient. Right. What does that profile look like? What. What are the 52 questions that they're asking? So you've got one video that you can actually release per. Per week. Once you have those Questions answered by ChatGPT that's building this dialogue only script, you then have the doctor put their voice into eleven labs. So now eleven labs has got this voice clone of the doctor. They're taking B roll video, and when they're ready to launch the video, they pull the script. The 11 labs. Well, they just pull the 11 labs recording plus the B roll, and they put those two things together and boom, it's out the door.
Right, Right. You can do it in captions. Cap, cut. I mean, there's a few of these, you know, apps on your phone and then even have desktop versions that are extremely easy. And there's even, there's other tools also that you can use. And the tool's not as important as the. The process because, let's face it, tools are going to change.
Yeah. Oh, yeah.
But that process right there is very, very simple. If someone's not coming to a chiropractor, but they have an idea, they probably need to go. One of the reasons they're not going is the unknown. They just don't know what to expect.
Yeah.
So when you're showing them your office, you're seeing staff smiling and laughing and patience, and it starts to pull back that curtain a little bit, which helps build that know, like. And trust factor. Just like what Brad was saying.
Yep. Love it.
Guys, we're gonna have to take a quick break right here. We'll be back in just a moment to finish up this conversation with our guest, Mr. Billy Sticker and the one and only, the hilarious Dr. J. Greenstein. This is TikTok. We'll be right back.
Your weekly dose of talk. Get ready with the data jocks of talk.
So we all feel it. Rent or dining out, gasoline or movies. As a matter of fact, the dollar is not going as far for a whole host of reasons and it's impacting everybody, regardless of your financial situation. Did you know that that 38% of the overall Population is having to reconsider how they're spending their money just to afford the health care they need. And if you break it down further, 26% have actually delayed the health care that they need, including going to see you, the chiropractor. So here's what we need to know about the breakdown in demographics. You would think that someone who's making $120,000 or more would be continuing their care right now, but the actual number is 18%. 18% of that group is actually putting off health care. And that's a group of people making six figures. When you take that same information all the way down to a group making 40,000, that number is much higher. It's closer to 40%. So it's never been more important than now to make sure you've made it easy for your patients to come see you, that you have choices for them and you understand what they're going through at home. We want to make sure your practice thrives during this time and we encourage you to learn about what Chiro Health USA can do for you and your practice and making it easy for patients to see you and continue care.
Don't go anywhere. We'll be right back.
Hey Everybody, this is Dr. Jay Greenstein.
This is Jay Greenstein.
Joining me today is Dr. Jay Greenstein.
Dr. Jay Greenstein.
The world around us and healthcare specifically is changing at an exponential pace. Cart fighting is perfectly positioned like we have never been right now today to be more successful and to be more impactful for the communities and patients that we serve. There are all sorts of evidence based guidelines that support the use of non pharmacological approaches. But what I want America to know is that health doesn't come from a pill. It's our responsibility as healthcare providers to educate the community about the evidence that exists. We really need to have a private practice app, something that will help us engage with our patients in ways that they've never experienced before. The intersection of technology and quality care is where the future of healthcare is at. And I'm really excited to bring that forward in the future.
Listen to the future of healthcare with the data jocks of talk. It's tech talk.
Sam.
Stop.
Hit that follow button and switch. Spread the love with tech talk.
Well, it's the goofy tech talk. We're back again with some of the amazing comments and information with Mr. Billy sticker. Billy, you just, you have some amazing knowledge bombs as Jay said to drop for Cairos to understand. And, and you know we've had this whole line of AI experts Saying, you got to do it, you got to do it, you got to listen. And you're presenting some services and tools to help them out. Can you sort of finish and continue that conversation to give them the knowledge of the kind of tools, the availability of it and what your service offers to help?
Yeah, thank you for that. And it's. It's not even as much my service. It's just, look, these tools are out there if your goal is to make an impact on your community. And the best way for you to do that is to become known. And doing content is a great way to do that. So there are several different tools we recommend. There are some. We actually built 15 different AI agents that we use. I actually did a webinar about that recently on all these different AI agents that you can implement into your practice to help with a lot of things, even using tools that you have access to. Right now, Notebook LM is one of my favorite tools.
Love it.
Because if, if you're wanting to do a topic, you know, or a workshop on whatever topic it is, all you have to do is put content in this notebook. It's like a notebook you would have when you were in school, like just whatever subjects, and you just fill it full of YouTube videos from people that you like and respect and PDFs, and, you know, all these things you get put in there. As a matter of fact, I had a call with a doctor last week and he had these binders from 20, 30 years ago from these seminars he went to, and he took all this information, the binders, I guess, like to Office Depot and had them put it into a PDF, took that PDF, put it in Notebook lm and created this tool that now he just gets to ask it questions. And it uses all of those. All of that is a knowledge base to answer all his questions. And he was able to create this workshop and all kinds of stuff from this information, you know, that he's had forever. So that's a really, really cool tool. We also help doctors.
Hey, Billy, before. Wait, before you go to the next one. I also love NotebookLM. Have you used the podcast function on that? Have you ever used that?
Yes. Yep.
Like, it's just for the audience. Just you can actually upload content and it can create a podcast for you. And what I love about that, Billy, is that I can, let's say I've got a, I don't know, a 40 page article that I want to read, but I don't have time to read it. I upload it to NotebookLM. I drive to one of my clinics. I got an 18 minute podcast I'm listening to on the way to the clinic.
It's like, perfect, all of it. I know, it's great.
So cool. It's a great way for people to learn, especially if you're an auditory learner. And I would even encourage you to share that with the people on your team because some of them may be auditory learners as well. So anyway, I just wanted to share that.
And Billy, before you get too far away, I want you to explain the AI agent. I want to make sure that our audience understands the difference of what an agent is. An operator, because they're lay people. Can you quickly explain that?
Okay. An AI agent is going to complete an outcome is one of the good ways to think about it. If you look at all of your. The people on your team, you hire them because there's an outcome. You're hoping that they're going to produce or help you produce or complete a task. Agents help kind of complete tasks. And so we started a separate company back at the. You know, last year, we started getting into AI for Chiral Candy. And I started researching and learning all kinds of things. Well, I'm. I'm the founder of the company. Just because I can do something. And hey, there's a message here for chiropractors. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should. And like, some of you are doing more than you need to. You should hire people to do some of the things that you're spending time doing. Well, I knew because I've built businesses before. I don't want to be the one building out all these tools. I want to find people to build these tools. And just so happens there's a friend of mine from church, he's actually from Zimbabwe. He's a business owner. They're here on an asylum visa. That's a whole nother episode. He has a crazy story, but they have offices. He's got two businesses. Well, it's one big business with six offices. They got two offices in Zimbabwe and then four in South Africa. Really, really neat guy. He used to have a bpo, which is like a VA company. And he's talking to me at church. He's like, hey, I used to have this BPO VA company. We shut it down during COVID We lost some clients and my other businesses were doing well. I'm wanting to start another one and just wanted to get your opinion. You know, I know you've got a couple of businesses, and so we started talking through it And I said, well, have you thought about doing one to help with AI? And he's like, no. Well, and he's telling me about these people he know that are developers that, like, built CRMs for him and all these things that, you know, have computer science degrees. And so he starts reaching out to him, and sure enough, they do. They've been studying AI. They're using make.com and Nat End and all these kind of advanced tools and even just coding and Python and JSON and, you know, these kind of things. And so we end up having coffee a couple more times. Next thing you know, we're sitting down with an attorney getting our LLC and everything situated. And now we started this other company because part of it was selfish on my part. I wanted somebody that I could hire to implement AI in our. In our, in our company. And now we're also using that to help other businesses implement AI in their company. But it's great because I can have an idea. Like one of the tools we built, as I asked one of our developers, I said, look, is there a way that we can put in a niche, whether it's neuropathy, knee pain, or plumbers, H vac, whatever. And this tool can search all of TikTok, find the most viral videos, give us the scripts and the hooks, you know, and then we can actually put that in 11 labs and kind of go through that process we talked about earlier. And he said, give me two days. And sure enough, he builds this tool. And now that's what we get to do. We just put a topic in there. It finds viral videos, rewrites the script based on those formats, you know, and then we get to put it in our voice and, you know, do it for our clients. That. That's an idea. That's like what an agent is, you know, it can help create a task. So there's that. And going back to the Notebook lm, I think when people hear, and this was my thought at first, the podcast feature of NotebookLM, that doesn't mean this is something you're gonna, you're gonna rip out and you're actually gonna put on itunes as your podcast. That's not it. It's doing just what you said. You give it all this content that you want to learn, and then it just gives you, you know, an 18 minute give or take summary of it. And it's. Yeah, how. How is it they know what's the most important parts in there? Because it does such a fantastic job.
It does.
It's working this stuff out. Yeah, yeah. And what a great resource to give to your team too, because let's face it, you know, a lot of our front desk, they don't, they don't know all this stuff. You know, they haven't been dipped, you know, they need this kind of stuff. So that's a great strategy right there.
So, yeah, so, so you're, you're doing great work. You're, you started another business, you're helping docs implement AI. Can you share, Billy, how people, how do they get a hold of you, how do they learn more about your services, what are the, what's your website, all that good stuff?
Sure. I'm most active on mainly Facebook and Instagram. You can look up Cairo Candy on either one of those, but normally just Billy stickers where I'm going to see it first. You can go to chirocandy.com AI tools and there's a list of tools on there. HeyGen is another one where you can clone your, yourself to do, you know, videos, 11 labs, there's some notebook LM training on there and I have videos on how to make custom GPTs, how to use 11 labs, how to use HeyGen, all those things. And then you can also schedule, you know, schedule a call with us. We also do voice AI. We do, you know, the chat AI that can follow up with your, with your leads. Things like that are so important. Unfortunately, if somebody responds to one of your ads on Facebook that tells Facebook, hey, they're interested in this and they're going to start showing them other ads, they do it immediately, like so quick, they're going to start doing it. Well, if you have that lead, they're interested. They didn't accidentally put in all their information. If your team doesn't follow up with them quick and they end up responding to somebody else's and their team follows up first. And now you're wondering why they're not answering. Whenever you're following up, it's because somebody else beat you to it, you know, so chat would allow you, when you're using the AI version, it allows you to respond to them immediately. We could set it up with qualifying questions, you know, like if what, how do you answer? Do you take insurance? Are you in network? You know, if you are, great, yeah. I'm like, whatever questions you want, we train it to answer those questions. We give it a personality that's congruent with the culture of your practice. If you want it to be funny and a little bit witty. If you're in New Jersey and New York and you want it to be a little stern and, you know, we can do that, like, whatever you want. But like, that's just one, just another piece of the puzzle that you want to implement. Things like this that's just going to make you and your team more efficient in delivering your message to your market.
Love it. So, yeah, so we, they can find you on Facebook and instagram and it's kairocandy.com and just one more time for the AI tools.
Yeah, it's carolcandy.com forward slash, AI-tools AI-tools.
Got it. I'm writing that one down.
Well, well, Billy, it has gotten to the end of the podcast. Great. I wish this could go on. I am learning. I'm making notes as we go. You know, I, I can even apply them into what I am doing today. So anyway, thanks for spending the last 40 minutes with us. It has been a blast. We're gonna have to bring this one back, Jay, and.
Absolutely, yeah.
Learn a little more. As the Cairo profession keeps up with this, learns more about it, I think it's important to bring you guys back and educate you to the next level. Educate them to the next level. So thank you for hanging out with us today.
Thank you so much for having me. Anything I can do to help you guys promote different events that you have, just let me know and I'd love to help.
Yeah.
Thanks, Billy.
From my co host, the one and only Dr. Jay Greenstein. I'm Brad Kost. Have a great day.
