Blake Robert Templeton tells men to build a daily relationship with God now, not wait until crisis hits. He pushes consistent prayer, worship in all seasons, and reading scripture before you need it, comparing spiritual readiness to training for a war you're already fighting.
Most men wait until life collapses before reconnecting to God. Build relationship before crisis. Pray daily regardless. Celebrate with all your heart in the valley and the mountaintop. Worship during good seasons and bad. Stay grateful consistently. Read scripture proactively, searching for the treasure. Stay spiritually connected always. If you drift, get right back. Preparation creates strength, and real men spend time training so that they can Always win the war.
