I know it's funny, so as a guy you think when you're ready for intimacy, hey, she should be ready too. But her intimacy is not activated by your resentment. Like, bitterness shuts down desire. If her heart feels unprotected, her body often follows. So instead of complaining about her distance or her not being feminine or flirtatious— bad idea— schedule couch time. Like, schedule time to lay her on the couch and then you just speak life into her, and then you ask where she feels hurt, and you listen to her heart and let her feel safety again. Colossians 3:19 says, "Husbands, love your wives and do not be embittered against them." We gotta do a better job, men, of actually loving our wives at all times.
