The enemy doesn't need to destroy you directly. He uses distraction, endless scrolling, and numbing noise to keep you from your purpose. Stay sober and vigilant, reject his script, and keep your focus on Jesus.
Everyone thinks when a man fails, like, it was something inside of him that failed. It wasn't. It was allowing the distraction. This is textbook of how the enemy works. It's just enough noise to keep him from becoming dangerous. It's just enough distraction to sedate him and numb him. The scrolling, the escaping, the numbing. A man is not to be ran by a script handed to him by the enemy. A man is to be living the script of the scroll of the Bible. 1 Peter 5:8 says, be sober, be on alert. So we understand that the enemy is like a lion trying to come in to kill, steal, and destroy. We have to actually have conviction and focus in the King of Kings and him only.
