Blake Robert Templeton tells married men that attraction fades when they shift from a light, pursuing "Lover/Prince" mindset into a rigid "Warrior" stance. To restore it, he says, stop pleading and return to that early energy: let go of burdens, realign your internal polarity, and pursue your wife like you did at the start.

You don't restore attraction in your marriage by begging for it. You restore attraction by becoming congruent in polarization. All right, so let me explain. So when you started your relationship with your wife, you were normally in lover prince. When you— now that you're married, maybe 10, 20 years later, 30 years later, you're now carrying all the weight of the world. You became rigid, got stuck in what we call warrior, and now you literally don't feel the same way. You don't act the same way. You don't think the same way. And so no one told her that was gonna happen. So now the polarization is not there. So you've got to go back to Lover Prince. You got to think how you thought back when you actually were pursuing her without all the world's problems. Cuz the truth is, God doesn't want you to carry all the world's problems anyway. He wants you to give them to him. And so now you can actually pursue her with Lover Prince again.
