1:38

In this sermon excerpt Blake Robert Templeton explains that every believer possesses Christ‑granted spiritual authority, citing Luke 10:19 (“I have given you authority to trample serpents and scorpions”). He contrasts a man who lives under that authority with one who is “sedated, neutered, numb” – a double‑minded slave to the enemy. Templeton argues that true authority works in the unseen realm first; when a wise son of God speaks truth, the spiritual atmosphere rearranges, and the resulting heavenly legislation then manifests in earthly circumstances such as business, marriage, and family. He warns that many men, despite outward success, remain bound to the enemy’s “umbilical cord,” praying linearly for problems while remaining double‑minded. Citing James 1, he says a double‑minded person cannot receive from the Lord. When a believer awakens to his spiritual authority, darkness loses territory, and the enemy spends decades trying to keep men distracted to prevent this shift.
