Brian King argues that people invest in what they know. Art investors grew up around art. But real estate is different: nearly everyone invests in it, whether they own a home or not.
A lot of people invest in the things that they know, right? If you grew up around art and you understand art, you invested in art, but you don't find somebody that didn't grow up in art typically that says, I am now an art investor. But the asset class that everybody invests in, just about, even if it's just a home, is real estate. Everybody invests in real estate, right?
