A fund manager explains how his fund gives regular investors access to institutional-grade investments typically reserved for the wealthy. Last year the fund deployed $10 million across private credit, housing, and industrial assets.
Can I ask you a couple of questions? Wow. I knew that already. Oh, that's good advice. What do you do for a living?
Fund manager.
A fund manager. So you raise funds from who?
So essentially I help, like, you know, retail investors, which is like everyday people, basically just help access institutional-grade investments.
So how much did you guys invest last year?
$10 million.
$10 million. And what would you invest $10 million into last year?
So essentially, I like to help my investors diversify. So some private credit opportunities as well as some development, some multifamily, some industrial. I really wanna make sure people have access to different things to make a well-rounded alt portfolio.
