Okay, let's talk about tax credits inside your business and how to fully leverage them so that you're paying the least amount of tax legally possible. So one of the things you want to make sure that you're doing, and this is where I think a lot of businesses fail, is that they're not keeping up to date accurate records. So what happens is we go to do a tax filing, but everything isn't complete and there's missed expenses and there's missed amounts that have gone through your business. If you want to maximize the available deductions in there, we, we need to have up to date accurate, reconciled checked books. Again, the easiest way to do this is to outsource this to another professional organization who can do this on your behalf. Seeking professional guidance is also a really positive, proactive way to help maximize the deductibility and eligible tax credits inside your business. If we're actually planning this out, we can be very strategic in timing different expenditures, looking at deferred income, what we can pull out of income and push into a following year, we can look at maximizing our expenses in our deductions, but we have to have a plan in advance. It's much harder to retroactively come up with an idea of how to save you from a previous year. We should be doing it proactively. There are a few tax exemptions or tax credits that are available inside a business like research and development. So if you're looking at creating a new innovative solution, there's a lot of labor and investment component in building something special, a framework, an infrastructure, a patent, a trademark, anything like that. If we're looking at investing in building something that's got to have some, some real value in the future and specifically tie into some of the eligible criteria inside our research and development program. You can get extra credits in somewhere like that. But again, the majority of getting access to deductions inside your business is making sure that you have up to date accurate information so that when your filings are done, they're fully complete with all of the eligible expenses that you've paid for or that you've incurred during the year. So get those documentation, get those documents, get your financial reports up to date so that when you're ready to file, all of those eligible deductions and credits are available for you and nothing gets missed.
