So thinking of a succession plan or thinking of exiting from a business, a CFO is going to be integral to making sure that you get the maximum value out of exiting from your business. So there's a few things that we need to be considering. One, is your business actually saleable? You know, it's interesting because a lot of business owners feel like that's their golden ticket is selling their business. But I believe it's something like 74% of businesses don't actually sell because they're not saleable, which is an insane number. And we want to make sure that we support you in making sure your business is salable. The second component is understanding how to maximize the valuation of an exit. There's a lot of factors that go into looking at a valuation. In fact, we've got an entire department that focuses just on analyzing valuations of companies. But what a CFO will do is help identify what areas that you can tweak inside your business to ensure that when you're getting ready to exit, that you get a maximum value on that exit. So a CFO is an integral partner in making sure that this component works together and that you're able to exit successfully from your business, not just with the most amount of money, and not just to make sure that you know the business is going to be to be able to be sold, but also to ensure the ongoing success and legacy that you've created in your business continues beyond your exit. So a CFO partner, if there's any, if there's any indication that you're looking to exit or you're wanting to build a business that has a future value that can be exited that will get you paid, a CFO partner is going to be integral in that. And it doesn't have to start with a full time cfo. You can start with a fractional CFO and just start working on some of the key elements to maximize your value and maximize the opportunity for you to actually sell your business.
