Here's my perspective, okay? To understand how to be successful in business, you can't rely on the money that's in your bank account. Now, bank resources are great. Having access to capital is so important. But just because you have cash in the bank doesn't mean that you can sustain long-term covering your loan payments, your payroll, your purchases, your payables. So often, You'll see business owners, they have a certain amount of money in their account, and when they do, they suddenly go, we're going to buy a new truck, we're going to buy a new piece of equipment, and they take some of the cash out of their business. And then whammo, end of the year comes, tax bills, sales tax, payroll, loan payments, all those come together at once, and, and then all of a sudden they're in a complete cash crunch. It's so important to not just rely upon the cash that's in the bank, but to truly understand profitability in your business and, and understand how you manage the cash flow in your business, not just today, but for the future, because the decisions you make today will impact the outcomes for the weeks, months, years to come.
