Book Launchers Service Review from Author Shannon Russell

There was definitely that accountability that I found with the accelerator and with just being in the Book Launchers community because I had other people who were writing their books and going through the same process I was and being able to feel like you really were part of a community and could ask questions and have other people that were going through it with you. And just having the Book Launchers team there and Julie to give you that expert advice because they had been. There was something that I really think I wouldn't have gotten my book done without you. I'm Shannon Russell, and my book is Start yout Second Act. How to Change Careers, Launch a Business and Create your best Life. Joining Book Launchers, I've really found kind of that accountability partner that I needed to get my book actually out into the world I was trying to write. I was taking different online workshops, but it wasn't until Book Launchers where I really felt like I had the direction and could actually sit down and get my book finished, then get that guidance I needed to actually publish it. The number one benefit of working with Book Launchers on the marketing aspect of my book was that they really had the expertise to know what was going to work and what was going to attract my ideal readers. And I think when you're writing a book, you want everyone to read it. But when I really started focusing on the marketing, I realized I do have an ideal reader and an ideal audience that I wanted to reach. And the marketing strategies that Book Launchers worked with me on and taught me really helped me narrow that in there. Everything from the book title to the ads I was putting up, to the copy, setting up my Amazon, et cetera, it just really helped tie everything together for me. Since working with Book Launchers, I definitely feel more empowered as I take the stage and I do a lot of speaking. So as I speak now, I have a way for audience members to connect with me further afterwards by grabbing my book and really getting to engage, get on my email list and potentially work with me. I feel like just having the book as that extra extension when I do speak on stages, when I guest on podcasts. Having that other aspect and way for people to connect with me has been fantastic and I definitely see my social media going up. I've been guesting on probably 70 plus podcasts just in preparation for the book launch. I would recommend Book Launchers to anyone who has an idea for a book and wants to get it out there into the world. I really feel like they hold your hand through every aspect of writing the book to publishing the book and then marketing it. So you really have that accountability partner and you have people with expertise to answer any question. Because there's so much more to writing and publishing a book than I had ever imagined, and I really don't think I could have figured it out on my own. So I love the fact that book launchers walked the walk with me and really made me feel confident in the process because I knew I had a great partner working with me.
