Hi, my name is Rachel Johnson Greer and I work with Book Launchers as a client. I have finished one book with Book Launchers that is called no Dead Babies and it's about my time at Amazon and how Amazon prioritized profit over safety. And I loved working with the Book Launchers team on that. From ghostwriting all the way through to the actual launch of my book.
From a marketing perspective, when I took the class with Julie, the thing that I appreciated the most was being able to get regular feedback on my progress because I actually hadn't written a book from end to end myself. And so getting that support and getting that feedback was super helpful, as well as getting the feedback from the other people in the class on my ideas and if those ideas were even any good. And then as we were going getting feedback on some of my short descriptions or some of my title choices for my chapters. And I think the thing that was most fun about the course is that it made me think about how to write my book in different ways and about who my audience was, things I wouldn't have thought about on my own. And so I highly recommend the Book Launchers book writing course, especially if you've got time to actually write it. If you don't have time, then it's much easier just to hire a Book Launchers to take care of the whole process for you. But I definitely really enjoyed my time in the class. I thought that the group format was helpful to get that verbal feedback during the rough draft stages of the book.
