I met a guy at this conference called fincon many years ago.
He knew he was onto a cool angle about the topic of finance that he talked about. He told me about his book idea.
And I encouraged him to do it.
And he said, yeah, but this guy over there, he's already got a book.
Out on the very same thing.
And I explained why. That guy is not going to be for everyone. And some people will want to buy his book and yours. Heck, I write books on how to.
Write books and I still buy books on how to write books.
There is room in the market for more than one book on a subject.
But back at the same conference, one year later, he was there and we chatted about the book he didn't write.
And he said to me, good thing.
I didn't write because now there's half.
