Julie Broad lays out a five-stage framework to turn a book into a scalable business. Foundation sets your vision. Activation gets it written. Packaging builds the media around it. Expanding Influence brings in endorsements and cross-pollination. Compounding monetizes and compounds the growth.

This is our phased infrastructure. So, for us, we always start with the foundation, which is really clarifying, right? This is that clarity piece. This is that layer 1 at the bottom. It is really thinking through what you're building, and then it goes into activation, which is, okay, now you've thought about what I'm building. Now we need to kind of start to bring it to life, right? Bring it to book form, bring it into that form outside of your head. Then we're gonna package it up, which is what you will see when you go on media, your website, you know, those sort of things. Then we're going to expand the influence, right? So this is just another way of kind of looking at that cake, giving it to you in different views in different ways so you kind of, you start to get it. But this is where we start to do that outreach and get that third party putting you in front of other people's audiences, getting other people to say you're amazing, this thing you created is great, this was valuable, all of those sort of things. And then the compounding, which is your growth engine, which is what you're doing to monetize it and continue to build from that foundation that you've built.
