Josh, a software engineer at Nutrify, cooks lunch for his team using homegrown butternut pumpkin from the office yard, sausages from Echo Valley farm two hours south of Brisbane, and potatoes for the air-fryer. The casual cooking process highlights local, fresh ingredients and startup camaraderie.
Hello, welcome to Nutrify. My name's Josh. A bit of peeling to do. Sweet potato, regular potato, sausages. These are from Echo Valley. Bangin'. We have a butternut pumpkin and that's going to be our lunch here at Nutrify. Some ASMR peeling. This butternut pumpkin is homegrown. We grew it out in the front yard.
It's time.
I'm just going to peel this off. Cuttin'. It's sweatin'.
Okay, yeah, bit of a cross-section.
Made an absolute mess, but that's what home cooking is all about. Cutting is done. Snacks. Now these are from Echo Valley, about 2 hours south from Brisbane. Cool little farm. Great place to buy your meat from if you're in Brisbane. Butternut pumpkin in the oven, the potatoes in the air fryer. I'm going to barbecue the sausages. If only we had some aioli, some good fat aioli by the Undivided Food Co.
We got some glizzies for lunch. Thanks for cooking, brother.
