Did you know that everyone lives from the inside out? In addition, did you know that how you think about yourself determines how you feel about yourself and not the other way around? It's like the chicken and the egg question in psychology. People argued for years that your emotions determined your thoughts and actions, but it's exactly the opposite. How you think about anything determines how you feel in that area. If you change your thinking, you actually change your life. Now, this was a big breakthrough for me. Many years ago. I learned that my inner world determined my outer world and my inner world was determined by how I interpreted or translated my outer world, both past and present. For example, if you had a negative experience in the past and you continually think back to that negative experience and who did or said what they did and said, and who is to blame. Every time you think of that experience, you will become angry and upset. Every time. This negativity will depress your energy and your personality, make you a more pessimistic person, and undermine your ability to influence and persuade others. It's all in the interpretation. The core of your personality is your self esteem. This is best defined as how much you like yourself. The more you like yourself, the better you do your work and the better you do your work, the more you feel like a winner and the more you like yourself. How much you like yourself is greatly impacted by the way you interpret the things that happen to you. If you interpret things in a positive and constructive way, if you think about the other person or situation positively and you like yourself even more, if you interpret things in a negative way, you like yourself less. The choice is always up to you. The more you like yourself, the more you like other people. The more you like other people, the more they like you. Right? Back in sales, your level of self esteem largely determines your income. With any product and in any market. The more you like your customers, the more they like you and want to buy from you and recommend you to their friends. And your self esteem is completely under your own control. Perhaps the most powerful words you can use throughout the day are the words I like myself, I like myself, I like myself. Whenever you say I like myself, your self esteem goes up. As your self esteem goes up, your confidence increases and you feel more positive and happy. As your self esteem goes up, your fears and doubts go down in the opposite direction. The more you like yourself, the more confident and courageous you are to deal in an open and friendly way with other people. Remember, everyone wants to be happy. At the same time, most people want to make other people happy. As well, well. The very best way to make other people happy is for you to be happy yourself in advance. High self Esteem Parents raise high self esteem Children High self esteem Bosses have high self esteem High performance Staff High self esteem Individuals have high self esteem Friendships the key to success, happiness, and popularity is high self esteem. And you can raise your self esteem by repeatedly saying I like myself, I like myself over and over again until it becomes a reality. Now here's an exercise for you. Think of an event in your past that still makes you unhappy. Then look into the event for something good that you gained or a valuable lesson that you learned. From now on, whenever you think of that event, reinterpret it in a positive way to yourself and then watch all the negativity associated with that event eventually disappear.
