Key Success Factors To Achieve youe Goals It Doesn't Matter where youe're Coming from all that Matters Is where youe're Going Brian Tracy Many people go their whole lives struggling to achieve their goals. These people know deep down that there is more out there for them, but may not have a clear path to achieve their success. Some of them will set lofty targets of a successful future and experience frustration when they are unable to reach them. Others will struggle to even set any kind of goal that anchors them in a specific direction. The problem with both situations is that these people will go through life without achieving their true potential, like a rudderless boat floating aimlessly in the water. Do you see yourself in either of these scenarios struggling to reach your goals? If so, there's a simple way to avoid this. Simply focus on the following four key success factors to help you achieve your goals. Success Factor Number one Realize your full Potential for some people, this step can be challenging, but it is an important one. In order for this to work, you'll have to take a moment to consider where you are versus where you want to be. The difference between these two places is realizing and acting on your full potential. In order to be successful, you have to truly believe that your destination is possible and believe that you are capable of achieving your goals. This important first step will give you clarity and help you stay focused on taking the right steps to move you forward to successfully achieving your goals. By working hard, believing in yourself, and staying focused towards accomplishing your goals, all that effort will push you in the right direction. The Direction of Success Success Factor Number two Stay Organized the key to staying organized is taking complete control and ownership of your life. You have to decide that you are solely responsible for both your actions and the outcomes of those actions and will no longer allow any outside forces to distract you from achieving your goals. One of the easiest ways to accomplish this is to have a plan of action that keeps you on track. Keep a journal or notebook to write down your detailed plan of action. You should refer to it often. Keep keeping it at the top of your mind on a daily basis. Write out your big goal and then list out all the detailed steps you will need to complete to attain that goal. Then break each of these steps into smaller actions and give each action the specified timeline. As you complete each action, check it off. Use this as a guide to keep you on track. In addition to your plan of action, take stock of your calendar and honestly review how you currently spend your time. Eliminate any tasks or activities that take up time, but do not move you closer to successfully achieving your goals. Success Factor Number three Stop Believing in Luck Luck is actually the law of probability in action. That means the more many actions you accomplish prior to a big success, the more luck you seem to have. Essentially, luck is the result of all the hard work and action you have taken up to that point. To create more luck, all you need to do is take more concrete actions that move you closer to your goal. Remember, even small actions can become big results over time. So keep taking small actions that move you closer to your goals every day. Success Factor Number four Always Strive for More Once you start to see success, make sure you keep pushing yourself to do and be more. Do not just settle for what you've already achieved. As life continues to move on, you'll continue to grow your goals and ways in which you'd like to be successful. After all, those who are truly successful are never satisfied after just a single success. They keep striving for improvement, no matter how small, every day. So after you accomplish one goal, set another and follow the same key factors to accomplish even more success in your life.
