My Favorite Band: Abba

Well, it's a joke amongst my friends, but my favorite band, my favorite music of all time is abba. And I don't know how that happened because I was off traveling for eight years when all the bands were coming up. When I left, the Beatles and the Stones were the top bands. When I came back in the 70s, music had changed completely, and I fell in love with abba at a specific time in my life. I met my wife. And that night when we were having dinner for the first time, there was a song. And the song was Take a Chance on Me. Take a chance, Take a chance, Take a chance on Me, you know? And I was single. My wife was recently divorced. And that song was playing in the background. Take a chance, Take a chance Take a chance on Me and I fell in love with my wife, and I fell in love with the music simultaneously. I've been listening to ABBA ever since. I've watched the Mamma Mia. Movie 10 times. I play ABBA on a regular basis. I have it on my ipod and I have it on my iPad, and I have it playing for me. So that's my favorite band because it was the band that hit me at exactly the right point, at the right time in my life.
