Hello everyone. I just want to tell you that you are doing great so far and I commend you for your effort and your perseverance, the two most important qualities for success. Today I want you to ask yourself this question. What's the big picture? Why did you choose your specific goal? Why is the goal that you chose important to you? Stepping back and looking at the big picture and is an important part of setting and achieving your goals. You must be able to answer the question why behind the goal that you choose? As Nietzsche said, anybody can bear any what if they have a big enough why. This will help to remind you of why you set out to achieve the goal in the first place, and it will also motivate you to keep going. If your goal is to save money or to boost your income, ask yourself why. Is it to buy your dream home, to go to college, to provide for your family, or to pay off your debts? They're all good reasons. If your goal is to lose weight and get healthy, ask yourself why you chose it. Is it to increase your energy? For your kids, to feel confident at the beach? Or to improve your relationship with your spouse? Whatever it may be, find a picture that signifies exactly what you want and and then put it in places where you'll be reminded of it time and time again. The mental visualization of your end goal will give you that little boost and push you when you need it the most.
