Today's tip is to track, track, track. Tracking your progress is part of my challenge for a reason. Tracking your efforts is a powerful psychological tool for goal setting. As you get closer to your goals and you track your progress along the way, your tracking sheet will display and condense all your hard work into a visual tool that is incredibly motivating and exciting. The same is true for any such tracker. Perhaps you use Quicken to monitor your money. Have it start when you start up your computer. Maybe you use a spreadsheet to keep track of your weight. Have that spreadsheet appear on startup. This way you're armed with all of the forward progress you've made so far, and psychologically, you'll just want to keep it going. So keep track.
