Brian Walch describes the second ring of his Integrated Life Framework: practices like mindfulness, faith, and creativity that shape how you show up to the world. These ongoing activities reveal who you are through the way you actually do them, not just what you believe.

Today we're talking about the second ring of the integrated life framework. So we started at the core, the center. Now we move out one layer. And that's what I define as the practices and the practices. If you did the actual definition, it would be something that you do, that you never complete, which is basically how I define it. But there's a few things I put into the practices. So I put things like mindfulness, faith, and creativity in that layer of the practices. And I think those are things that we do, we practice, that influence how our self appears to the world. So that's why I put it at the outer ring, outside of self. And I also think that when we do those things, when we use those practices, it reveals things about our self. And so if you think about how you are creative and what you choose to do with your creativity, I think says something about yourself and may reveal things about yourself. Same thing with your faith. How you practice your faith and how you practice. Mindfulness meditation is one way, but maybe it's a deep breathing exercise or deep breathing practice. So there's other things that might be a practice for you, but those are the three I list. Mindfulness, faith, and creativity. Next tomorrow we'll be talking about the manifestations, which gets a little bit more interesting. So we've talked about the self and the practices. We'll see you tomorrow. Thanks.
