If you are in a position as a vice president or somebody that's overseeing a group of managers, one of the things that you can do for that team is give them an opportunity to come together on a regular basis to share their experiences, learn together, and put into practice ideas that you have or that the organization has, and then come back and share that learning and reflect a little bit. Often in organizations, that doesn't happen naturally because there's a little bit of competition or rivalry between the managers. Giving the group enough time to develop the trust, the safety, and the support with one another and then start seeing them progress through peer to peer development is one of the ways that you can help your managers grow today.
