I've worked a lot in technical leadership, and every time I did a project, I was amazed and reflected on how the technology impacted people's lives. So whether you call it technical leadership, people leadership, business leadership, it is about people. Ultimately, it starts with ourselves, that most important person. So leading ourselves, then being able to lead others, that would be the essence to me of leadership.
