Some of the challenges that organizations are facing now are continued pressure on work arrangements like hybrid work, remote work, flexible work schedules, and the onslaught or the tidal wave of AI coming into organizations. Those are two pressing situations that managers are critical in helping to navigate because they are the ones that have the closest connection with the employees who are worried, concerned, impacted by changes being made outside of their control. So managers are directly working with the employees. They're also balancing what the needs of the organization are, and they are the ones that are going to communicate the intent and the ethos of the company in a way that either helps the employees or hurts the employees. With all the changes going on in our world and our organizations today, managers are key to making sure they feel engaged and empowered to navigate those changes.
