Managers can often get to a position in their career, and in their position where they feel stuck or they feel stagnant, two things can be happening. Either they're not making progress, or they are making progress, but they're not recognizing it. We have an expression that when you make the implied explicit and the hidden visible, the elusive becomes achievable. So what we do is work with managers to outline what a manage map of their necessary skills, things that they need to progress in, and then help them set goals to progress in those so that they can see progress. Or if they feel like they're not making progress, they can get the help and support they need to progress to the next level.
