I reversed my skin age by nine years after a lot of trial and error. These are the three science-backed ingredients I consider essential for my routine. Number three is SFC. In most skincare products, niacinamide is considered to be state of the art. But in clinical trials, one percent SFC outperformed five percent niacinamide in reducing skin wrinkles, improving hydration, radiance, and overall skin appearance. Number two, NMN. This is not a common skin ingredient. UV damage is the most substantial contributor to visible skin aging. Your skin fixes this damage with a molecule called NAD+, but this molecule decreases with age. NMN gives your cells the raw material to make more of it. Number 1, hyaluronic acid. Now, this is used in a lot of skincare products, and for good reason. It retains moisture, giving the skin extra firmness and texture. As we age, levels of hyaluronic acid go down, which leads to dehydrated and less supple skin. My friends, of course, it's obvious everyone's skin is different. These are 3 ingredients that are backed by scientific evidence that have also worked for me. Your skin is the largest organ of your body and the first thing someone sees when they meet you. Find out what works and take care of your skin.
