Beverly Simpson talks with Coach Lindsay Saylor, a former ship captain turned health coach, about building a scalable coaching business and what sailing taught her about systems and discipline. Saylor shares her approach to strength training, marketing through social media and app development, and her path to board certification while managing the mental toll of coaching.

What's up, coach? Thank you so much for joining me for another episode of the PT Profit Podcast. I'm your host, Beverly Simpson. If this is the first time you're hanging out with me today, welcome. I'm really excited to bring to you another one of the accelerator students, Lindsay, who has been an outstanding, excellent student who took her science skills to the next level, going from sailing on the seas and to studying and going really deep into creating an app, into getting board certified, and into building a very powerful brand and business that is set up to scale. And if you're curious about how this process could work for you, then in the show notes, be sure to schedule your free profit plan. And there, I'll see you inside. So without further ado, let's go ahead and roll that interview. Lindsay, what a pleasure and a privilege to have you on the show today. How are you?
I am so good. Thank you for having me.
Oh, I'm so excited. Okay, let's go ahead and dive in. For those of you who are not familiar with your work, can you share with us a little bit about who you are, who you serve, and how you got there?
So I'm Coach Lindsay and also Captain Lindsay. So I my previous life, I was a 100 ton ship captain and I spent most of my time working in the polar regions, so the Arctic and Antarctic. And this all kind of started my whole coaching career. Started when my partner wanted me to be home a little bit more often. I was gone most of the year, eight or nine months out of the year working on boats. And I kind of was losing a sense of community and, you know, I was missing my friends and my loved ones. And so I decided to kind of start this transition a few years ago into health coaching. So I am very passionate about helping people who have maybe even out of the game for a while when it comes to their health and Wellness, Maybe they were active in high school or college, and then it kind of fell off as they got older. Maybe they've been given kind of like a scary diagnosis from their doctor, and, you know, they really need to kind of take charge of their health, but they don't necessarily know where to start. I'm also very, very passionate about women strength training, especially once they start hitting perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. I am a huge, huge fan of strength training, especially for that demographic of women, and just so passionate about the women's muscle movement that I'm already seeing happen right now.
Okay. I love it. So now, when you were sailing, can you talk us through? How did you. How were you able to maintain, like, a healthy lifestyle when you were traveling all the time? You didn't have the routine? Like, what were some of the things that.
Like that.
That helped you stay consistent when your circumstances were not consistent?
Yeah, that's a great question, because a lot of times what we eat on board is completely out of our hands. We're just kind of at the will of whatever they're making that day. So for me, just making sure that.
I actually brought a lot of stuff.
With me so that I had, you know, a protein powder, a greens powder, maybe even like a fruit powder, just things that I could travel with that I knew would kind of fill in nutritional gaps that were pretty common on board, especially depending on where you are in the world. Cuisines can look very, very different on ships. So typically you'll have maybe one protein option, but a lot of it is going to be things like, you know, like rice. Like, of times it's heavier foods, processed things, things that don't spoil. So you don't tend to get a lot of fresh produce and things like that simply because they're. They just don't last very long on boats. So kind of preparing ahead of time and. And bringing my own supplies almost really allowed me to kind of be able to be a little bit more consistent, at least, at the very least, with my protein intake.
Okay, so how did you learn this stuff? How did you start. Why did this start to become so important to you?
I feel like health has been a part of my life as far back as I can remember. I was very active as a kid. I played all the sports. And then as I grew older, I started to see how much easier it was to maintain than it was to. To lose. So I was seeing family members, friends, struggling with that. Like post college. You know, you're not as active. Maybe you've got a desk job. You know, that slow weight gain that seems to creep in in our, like, late 20s, early 30s, and then it kind of continues. And seeing how much easier it was to just kind of maintain the status quo than it was to, say, drop, you know, 20 or 30 pounds was kind of a motivation for me to just make sure that I was showing up in some capacity every day for myself, choosing one healthy thing to do for myself every day, whether that was, you know, making sure I had, like, my five servings of fruits and vegetables or going for a long walk or a run or, you know, a swim, whatever, but just making sure that, you know, little, little by little, little bits, every day, I was just showing up for myself and knowing that, that, that, that consistency was going to pay off more than just having those bursts of activity where you, you go on a diet for a couple of months and you lose, you know, X amount of pounds. But then the minute you fall off that diet, it gains, you gain it right back. So that consistency, I think, was, for me, it was the way to go as far as maintaining my health and wellness as I get older.
Okay, I love it. Now you have really been dialing in and focusing in on the strength component. You mentioned this movement. So what are some of the common misconceptions that you are hearing with the conversations that you're having with your clients and potential clients that that causes concern for you?
Oh, gosh. The number one, especially when it comes to women in strength training, is will I get bulky or I'm going to get bulky? I don't want to look manly. I hear that so, so often. And it's just funny to see, you know, what diet and exercise, like, rumors and trends, have transcended time. I mean, this is stuff that, you know, we're going back into the 90s talking about, right? The endless cardio, the starving yourself. I mean, I was just watching an episode of Friends the other day, season two, where Monica is running every single day, hardly eating anything. That super skinny culture from the 90s is ingrained in our minds. You know, women around my age, in their late 30s, all the way up until their 50s, 60s, we remember that. And so undoing a lot of those toxic diet culture thoughts is proving to actually be pretty difficult. It's hard to get yourself out of that mindset where you obsess over the number on the scale. You know, if you lift anything over 15 pounds, you're. You're gonna get bulky. So kind of explaining that, explaining the science behind it and how unless you're really trying, unless that is your goal, to build your body, you're not going to get bulky, you're going to get lean, you're going to get toned. All those things that, you know that. Those buzzwords. Right. That we hear in mainstream society. That is what's going to happen. You're going to get lean, you're going to get strong, and you're going to get unstoppable.
So true and so powerful. But what's interesting to me is that, you know, it's interesting that people still have that big concern. When we're inundated with messaging or. Or, you know, as a strength coach or as a personal trainer, we know better. And so we are surrounded by people who are always saying, you're not going to get bulky. So it surprises me that people still have this belief or this concern.
Yep.
Right.
Yep. The bulk and not. And not doing endless cardio. So endless cardio for fat loss is another one that I see fairly frequently.
So true. Okay. And then what's cool is you've also built your own app. What was that process like? That was a labor of love.
We'll just say there were. Honestly, girls, I wanted to quit.
But you had it and you're doing it.
I have it. And it's.
Yeah, it's done.
And it's on both of the app stores. The Taylor Health Coaching app is live and it is happening. Yes. So that was. That was a prostate. I went through a platform that kind of has. It's almost like a template, you know, where you can, like, add things, create courses, kind of make it look like how you want. And then what's nice is that they take care of all of the technical kind of stuff, the background stuff, the coding, all those things. So anytime the App Store is like, hey, we need you to update this code, they are on it. Which is huge. But that doesn't mean that it wasn't without its headaches and nights of tears and frustrations just getting them onto the App Store platform. But it's been really great.
I have.
It's nice to be able to send people to one place where, you know, all of my information is. My courses are, my freebies are. It's nice to have this one central hub that I can just send people to as opposed to individually, you know, kind of going through everyone's needs and. And addressing them one by one. So it has been really great in that respect. And so, no, I do not regret going through all of that. I think it was very much worth it. Yeah.
Like, I like it. I have. It's like your own little health coach in your own. In your pocket, basically.
Yeah, that's the idea. I mean, there's community boards, there's direct messaging with me. All of my nutritional courses, my lifestyle courses are on there, just about everything. And it's nice because I can just. As I create more, I can just add it and then just, you know, talk about it on social media and get it out there. Makes it so much easier.
Yeah. What are some of the things that your clients love about the platform? Platform?
I think they love that everything is kind of in one place, that they don't have to message me on Instagram and send me, you know, photos and results videos on Volley or something like that. And they don't have to watch the courses on YouTube. You know, it's all. It's all in one spot. They open one app, and they've got all of that at their fingertips.
So cool. So cool. Okay. So, you know, I remember when you first started, when you first came to me, you were like, I got this app. Honestly, girl, your app experience. I was like, oh, I'm gonna wait.
I remember that.
I'm like, oh, I'm gonna wait. But now that I'm, like, seeing the other side of it, like, it's so cool to have, like, I'm glad that you did this, because it's just so amazing. Right. You're really working through. Yeah. You're really helping people, like, you know, get off of building businesses on. Off of other people's platforms. This is yours. Right. And they can, like, see it. Like, there's a level of. Of elevation that comes with having your own app. So it's really cool. And I'm glad you. You. You tufted out for all of us. Yes.
I am really good at doing things I don't want to do, so that is one of my superpowers. It was muscling through me.
Yeah. Yeah, for sure. So I'd love to hear a little bit about, you know, like, what were. When you first came? Like, what were some of the things that you were, you know, really working on and really struggling with then when you first signed up?
Okay. So I joined Accelerator for two big reasons. So I just created the app. I was so burnt out from all the technical headaches, all the learning of new skills, that tackling the next step, the next big step, which was marketing it and getting it out there, that seemed so paralyzingly overwhelming to me. And I was at that point where I was like, lindsay, you have worked so hard getting this app out, getting it on the app stores, going through all the testing and reassessing and all of that. You know, like this. You can't stop here, right? You have to keep going. And my. My brain and body were just in that, like, freeze moment where it was just like, no, like, this is too much. And one of the first things I heard when it comes to marketing and, like, starting your own business in general is that you either pay with time or you pay with money. And I had already tried for almost a year to do any kind of, like, marketing on my own, grow my social media audience, you know, just get my name out there and just crickets. It was like, a few friends and family members, and. And that is great. I mean, my goodness, they were my biggest fans.
Yes. And they still are. They still will be.
Right? But pushing it out beyond that seemed. It seemed like it wasn't happening. And I didn't really know where to start. So this left me with option two, which was paying with money and hiring someone who knows way more than me about this stuff so I could stop struggling and start coaching, which is what I want to do. I don't want to do all this marketing stuff. I want to help people. Right. So I reached out to a few friends that are in the marketing industry, and none of them had really worked specifically with coaches. They were doing a lot of B2B, so business to business. And so, like, it just didn't quite translate, you know, what they were trying to tell me. And I know, like, I'm a coach. I know the value of coaching. And this is no different, you know, than someone hiring me to help them with nutrition or exercise. So when I saw your ad, I think it was on Facebook initially, and it was someone to help me with marketing, specifically for people in the health and fitness industry. I was like, oh, my God, thank you, universe, for sending me Beverly.
So good. So good. Okay. And so then you came into the world and met me, and I am, like, so wall of information. Right? And. And it can be really overwhelming. You know, it's interesting. I really love. I love you talking about how even coaches need coaches. It's just so important. Like, I even have a coach. Like, some of the things I'll say to you know, that that is important to me is that I'll never ask someone to do something I'm not willing to do myself. So if I'm going out into the market space and being like, hey, buy my coaching, but I'm not investing in coaching, like, to me, that's incongruent and it doesn't align with my values in that room in that way. So I was talking to my coach and we were, she was like, we got to figure out a way for you to, you know, make the complex and not oversimplify it, but simplify the steps. Because as you begin to become an expert in things, it can be easy to be like, it depends or, or you can do this and this and this. And I feel like one of my superpowers is where I hear what you're going through and then I can see all of the pathways and how they work together in order to create whatever the goal is. Is Right. So I'm curious, from your perspective as someone who has experienced the wall of drinking through the fire hose.
How have.
You navigated, like, all right, the. How have you navigated the intensity of that experience? And what are some of your biggest takeaways?
The intensity of the PT accelerator program? It is, it's almost like, it's so wonderful because they're like, literally you've addressed almost every possible hang up question and you know, anything in, in your, your courses, in your weekly calls. And so it's just a matter of kind of taking what specifically I needed and, and what I needed first and starting there. I remember, I think the day after I joined, I hopped on the, the CEO systems and funnel tech call for like a minute because I remember getting on there, I was so excited. I'm like, I don't even care what this call's about. I just want to see like what's going on. And I hopped on for a minute and I go, whoa, this is way out of my league. I am never going to be able to get to this point. Like these, these guys are talking about stuff that I don't even know. They're throwing out acronyms I've never heard in my life. I was like, I am in way over my head. Oh my gosh. Like, I need to take a few steps back. So I love that, you know, your courses are basically in order of someone starting this from scratch, which is so nice. It's not just arbitrary, not alphabetical. It's like, okay, here is step one, watch video one and then go from there. And I think that really helped me as far as like someone who really wants to just do everything all at once. And you know, I'm all excited about it to kind of take a step back and, and say, okay, you're step one, let's do this first.
I love that. And you Know, I'm going to, I'll share too from, you know, watching you like your, what I have loved about your work is the creativity components and essence of you just come through in your content. I mean your, your content is hysterical. If you're not following her, you need to go and follow her. I think you're, you're, you're Primari on Tick Tock, but you are coming over onto Instagram. Right? But her TikToks are just not only like, you just have a combination of like real deal, truth, actionable, like results in advance, but also this, create this creative component that is just, just so fun to be around. Like as someone who is a coach, how, how has that experience been for you?
Well, that's funny you say that and I'm very flattered but I mean a lot of it was, you know, your, your formula for, for social media and it's, it's one that you, you know, hammered into my brain, which is like talking about why, why they need this, why they need it now you know, why this is better than other things and to kind of have those, those clear calls to action. Right. So, you know, before I met you and started working together, I was, I was making TikToks and they were just purely educational, which is fine, but it wasn't necessarily telling people what to do with that post. Right. So I've learned that providing value plus adding a clear call to action and making it relatable, I mean these are things that I have personally experienced, you know, and I think that a lot of times people maybe feel, especially on a health journey that, you know, they're alone in this, that they're the only one that feels like this. And so, you know, providing that value, having that call to action, like, hey, you know, comment this and I'll help you out. It's helped with engagement and it's really allowed me to connect with people on a very personal level, which, which I love, which is the goal and, and allows me to help people and meet them where they're at.
Yeah, I love that. I love that. So, you know, when you're, when you're, you know, what I'm also curious about for you is when you're in the process and when anyone, I think this is true for anyone, like when, when you're in the thick of it and also when your clients are in the thick of it, what are some of the tools that you use and that you needed to, you know, help create a sense of buy in for your, for your clients, helped you you know, what are some of the tools you use that help you move through, like, the valley of despair, which is, you.
Know, I think one of the, one of the things that I have learned from you in that regard, like getting through the valley of despair, and, and when you feel like nothing's working and like, why is no one, you know, why does everyone hate me, right? Like, why is nobody engaging? I, I'm an emotional person and I, I own that and I am not ashamed of that. But you, you know, you taught me to kind of take my emotions out of it when it comes to outcomes of things. So looking at the numbers, looking at things from a purely data standpoint, kind of just seeing everything through that lens. So, you know, if something doesn't go according to plan, if, if I don't get the, you know, the results that I'm looking for, I, I go from. I was wallowing in self despair.
Whoa.
Why is me, like, just so upset about it taking personally, right to okay, what can I tweak to increase my open rates or my click rate or get more subscribers or whatever? You know, just guess, test assessment, repeat. And that's kind of been my mantra these days. If an email campaign flops or something like that, I'm like, okay, let's just go back to the drawing board. What can I change? Reset. And adopting that mindset has saved me so many nights of just wanting to give up entirely, throw in the towel and go back to work in the Arctic.
Honestly, when, when, sometimes, like when we're going through like this stuff and meta wants to meta and meta's going to be meta. It, you know, you, it doesn't matter what the, what it is you decide to do, whether you decide you want to coach, whether you want to go get a job. Like, you're always going to be in the duality of both where, like, hey, this is great and this, these are things that aren't great. And I remember in one of the calls, it was Sophia, she said, you know, it's not really a matter of avoiding work. It's about what's the work you want to do, right? And I think that that is really powerful. And one of the things that I have seen you do incredibly like work. Like, I remember when I was looking at your funnel and we were looking, I looked at like a year. I was like, this is a year of content. She has written a year of content. I was like, this is amazing. And what Great. What, what? Commitment, right? Like, that's commitment. And now you're going to have These assets that you can rinse, reuse, massage, and, like, it's going to end up serving you as, you know, as you continue on, you know, whatever career or whatever life, like, whether, you know, just forever. And I think that that's one of the. The most powerful things that we can do when. When we're working on anything, is what are the assets, what are the principles, what can I keep and what can I discard? And I feel like you have been so singularly focused that it has been, you know, a joy and a pleasure to work with you because of that.
Thank you. Yeah, it's been so nice to just know that, like, I. I really only have to have, like, one good content formula, one excellent funnel, one great ad. And once you find those things, it's just autopilot and, you know, like. Yeah, it is a matter of figuring those things out. And it can take time, of course, which you just have to be prepared for. But. But, yeah, it's just. It's almost comforting knowing, like, okay, I've. I've come this far. I'm, you know, I'm so close. I'm right there, you know, just a couple things, you know, here and there that need tweaking. And I've got this.
So what. I'm curious for you, you know, as you're working on your business and as you are working with clients, right. What are. Sometimes the work can feel a little, like, boring. It starts to get boring, or it's like, what else is there? So what are some of the things that you do to, you know, keep the work feeling fun and fresh?
Oh, man. I mean, for me, it hasn't gotten to that point yet, to be honest. You know, I'm still fairly new and, you know, gaining my client base. And for me, it's. It's exciting, it's dynamic, which is something that I've always loved. I mean, literally working on the ocean, it's a different. It's different every day, right? The weather's different, the wind is different, the visibility is different. You know, you're going different places. So that's been ingrained in me for the last 15 years, being on the water. And so I thrive on that. And for me, just working with. With individuals, we're all so unique, and we all have such unique circumstances when. Especially when it comes to, you know, our health and habits and things that we have time for that. It's been fun to just kind of create something new for everyone. My. My whole platform is based on creating systems and habits that work with Your personality and your life. So every client that I work with, it's something different. None of my stuff is templated. I don't just hand out meal plans and workouts that are all the same to all my clients. Everything is personalized to everyone because that, to me, is how success is bred. That's why crash diets don't work. That's why diet trends don't work. It's not set up for your life. Right. Set up for some idealistic life that doesn't exist. So for me, finding those systems and creating those habits that work for who that person is in their current stage of life is just the best. It's my favorite thing to do.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, you know, one of the things, too, I'm curious like any of you, you can not answer this if you don't want, but one of the things that I think is so powerful about having a coach period is that everyone has blind spots and everyone has, has, you know, roadblocks. And I think that that's just the human condition and part of having a coach and means that you can get help identifying those blind spots and get help removing roadblocks. And for you and for your clients just knowing your work, because I'm so, I'm in it all the time. You know, your clients feel like, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, I don't have any habits. My habits are fine. Or, oh, my habits. I'll deal with my habits after I lose a hundred pounds or, you know, 50 pounds or whatever. You know, it doesn't matter the number X amount after I do whatever I think I need to do. Right? And I think that as coaches, we get, we get like, oh, we think, oh, everyone knows that everyone, everyone already knows that they need habits or everyone already knows that they're not, that they're not going to get bulky, but that's just not really true, right? At all. And your content that goes viral consistently proves that because you're very good at meeting people where they're at, you're very good at that. And so I'm curious for you, like, what are some of the comment, like, what are some of the blind spots that you felt like, oh, man, I, I got this. Oh, man, I thought I, I, I, I, like, this is challenging. I thought I was doing it. Like, what would you say, what would you say has been some of, like the biggest aha for you in that regard?
I think one that really stands out is my social media content, you know, that you were just talking about, you know, prior to you and I. Working together, I was just doing a lot of educational stuff. So just, you know, let's talk about magnesium today, right? And if someone's interested in magnesium, they might watch that. But it's not going to keep an audience. You know, you've got maybe what, four to seven seconds to hook someone in. And so like, yeah, what I was providing was valuable, but no one was seeing it. So I was just starting to be like, okay, you know, what's the point, right? And then you coming in and telling me, like, okay, no, like, you need, you need to create a gap. You need to create a gap between like where this person is and where they want to be and insert yourself into that gap and show them, you know, why this is important. And, and like you said, meet them where they're at, use, use language that they use in their day to day, right? And so I think dialing in that kind of. There's almost like a, like an outline for my content. My content follows a very specific formula. Outline now. And I just talk about different things. I just insert different topics and it's.
Plug and play now and creative things that are funny.
Thank you. Yeah. Every once in a while I get a wild hair and throw on a costume.
Oh my gosh. In the watermelon and the cutting out crush. I mean, I just can't. You have to go and look at this. It's like, it's so, you know, it's fun, right? I know you are also like, and I also, I also love that, you know, and that's kind of just one of the, you know, the favorite, like, that's also one of like the benefits of being on TikTok. It's just a little bit more unhinged. So you have the, like, I'm in the car. Like, I'm literally living a busy life. Like, I'm, I'm relatable to your client in that regard too, which is, you know, really cool. Now what are, you know, it's, I'm just curious for you, just from a personal standpoint, since you love TikTok, you know, and I've done so well on it, what are some of the things that you would say to coaches, you know, that are interested in starting that platform? Like, is that like, what were some of the differences that you have felt that you have learned and discovered along in your journey?
Well, I would say in, in regard to differences between platforms, say like TikTok versus Instagram. Very different audiences from my experience. Instagram, I feel like is something people are, you know, going on to, to get a little, you know, like dopamine hit, you know, to see something funny.
Or something light hearted.
TikTok in my experience has been more for people who want longer form content. So like they want to learn something, they want to educate themselves on something. So that's why I think I have gotten so many more followers on TikTok versus Instagram. It's just purely because of the nature of my stuff. And also a tip that I think you and I talked about a few weeks ago. But it was like you said earlier on, things that we think are common knowledge in the coaching and fitness world are not. I mean, there's just, there's so much misinformation that gets pushed, right. That sometimes you know us in the background who are science based and read the research and, and try and, you know, get it out to the masses, we kind of get, you know, we get stifled a little bit, you know, in front of the next hot diet trend, right? Like coffee enemas, things like that. And you're just like, no, you don't have to do that, right? But going back to the basics. So things like, for instance, you don't have to spend hours on a treadmill to lose fat. You won't get bulky if you lift a 10 pound dumbbell. Things like that, like going back to what we would consider basic, basic and kind of just expanding on those ideas to get people to kind of, I guess just undo a lot of the older ways of thinking. I mean, I had someone comment on my post about getting bulky by strength training. She goes, I've been lied to my whole life.
And I was like, yeah, more or.
Less in some ways. So, yeah, very eye opening for, for a lot of people. And I love when people have those aha moments because that unlocks the next step of like, okay, now I know what's actually going on. How do I fix it? And then that's where I come in.
I love it. I love it. Now, something I also want to share that I think is important that we haven't talked about is that in our process and in our time together, you were all, you also got board certified. So not only did you complete an act and take on the beast of what is called the accelerator, you also got board certified. So can you tell us a little bit about like that process, what that is? You know, what were some of your, like, what are some of the big things that you've discovered and learned that you've been carrying through in your, in your social media content and like, just Living on social media. And then how are you managing your mental capacity around like dealing with all the garbage that you see on social.
Go. Okay, three part question. Got it.
So that sounds pretty.
So there's that guy right there that involves over two years of taking classes. It involved having 50 coaching sessions that were all recorded and it involved a kind of post educational recorded like, oh, what's the word I'm trying to think of almost like, like an analysis. So, so my instructor watched several recorded videos of me coaching a client and then critiqued them. And I had to hit certain points. I think there were 60 different topics that I had to cover within these five sessions. And then I was received, I received a grade on that. So after all that then came the preparation for the board certification. So I took another three month course specifically on prep for the board exam. The board exam is 250 questions. It is all, it's situational. So they give you like so and so is on their sixth session with you they say this, what do you say next? So very situational, very specific and pretty difficult. Not, not everyone passes it about. I say 25 to 35% of people don't pass it on their first try. So it was an undertaking for sure. But it is a great way to standardize this industry because right now you can take a three week course online and call yourself a health coach. And so how do you differentiate how you stand out as someone, as an authority figure, as someone who's like, hey, I know, I know a lot about this stuff because you know, I've done the work, I've done the courses, I've taken the exams. Like I know the psychology beyond just the educational information. I know the science behind habit change and creating systems and what works and what doesn't. So being able to say that I'm board certified, it holds weight. And as this industry continues to evolve, it will help me stand out from the crowd of three week online coaching certificates. Which just good.
Yeah, it's amazing. So what you know, when you are consuming content like how do you not. Like how do you stay away from your. How do you, how do you maintain your mental health? Let me, let me ask it that way.
That's a great question. Exercise is my number one. So strength training, walking, getting outside, getting sunshine, moving my body in any capacity has always been something that when I am, you know, in the pit of despair, feeling like, you know, woe is me that always help, making sure I am properly nourished is a big one too. I know sometimes like Feeding ourselves can be one of the first things to go, like, especially feeding ourselves well whenever we're tired, overworked, stressed, depressed, anything like that. So making sure that I am properly fed and moving my body in some capacity almost every day is 90% of it. The other 10% of it, I'd say is, you know, my work. To be honest, I, I have, I love that helper's high that I get when someone has a breakthrough or I hop on a call with a client and they say, hey, I've lost five pounds this week and I have more energy than I've ever had in my life. You know, things like that fill my cup. And nothing can compare to that. Oh, good. It's so good.
Okay, so I definitely want to be respectful of your time and I, I really appreciate all your, the insights that you shared and sharing with us, your journey.
