Hi, I'm Donna Bordeaux with Campground accounting. Let's check out the latest news for this week. Camp Spot has told us to take a look at site lock fees. Unbelievable. Campground owners saw 8.6 million in revenue from SiteLock fees this year. That's amazing. SiteLock fees are going to be the fees that allow your customers to make reservations and book a specific site for their reservation. The con to this is that maybe you can't shift campers around to squeeze people in. However, you're getting a fee for it. We're seeing anywhere from $5 a night to $30 a night. Occasionally, I'm seeing it on a per reservation fee. If I really want that particular site, I'll be willing to pay for it. Also, you've got a lot of times where people are traveling together and they want to be side by side, so they want to pick that site. Why not let them give you some extra money? So check it out. If you're not doing SiteLock fees right now, might be something you want to take a look into. Here's another convincing factor for you. We've got Triple R campground in New York, and look what his license plate says. SiteLock. I'm hoping that he generated revenue from his campground for SiteLock fees, enough to buy this beautiful Corvette. So maybe that's in your future, too. Check out your possibility of setting up site locks for your sites or even some sites and your campground. If you've got some that are really popular. Perhaps you want to add in the SiteLock fee to those Next up in the news. Big news this week. It's the ARVIC conference, and it is live in Raleigh, North Carolina, and yours truly will be there. I will be there along with my husband Chad, both of us in the campground accounting booth in the exhibition hall. We'll be in booth 1326. So I hope you'll come by and see us if you're planning to attend. This should be a rather large conference. They had it in Raleigh a few years ago, and it was the biggest conference they ever had. From what we're seeing this year, the exhibition halls are getting pretty large. There are a lot of vendors coming out and trying to get back out in front of people again. It should be a great show. I hope you'll be there. They'll be doing site tours of different campgrounds. I hope you'll come see us. We'll be in booth 1326, and we'll have the prize wheel along with us. Come check it out and say hello and see if you can win a great prize. We'll have some fun stuff. Hope to see you there. Thanks.
