Good morning. I'm Donna Bordeaux, CPA with campgroundaccounting.com and we are at the KOA Resort in Nashville, Tennessee today. And we're at the KOA Buyer School. So if you go to ownakoa.com you can learn a little bit more about it. But this school is meant to teach people who are looking to be a campground owner what they're getting themselves into and tell them what to look for and how to look at the due diligence aspects of buying a campground and go all the way through to closing. Now, this school is for people who are looking to buy a campground, period. It doesn't have to be a KOA but of course they'll tell you what the benefits are of having the KOA logo after your name too, and let you know how that system and the franchise works. So I look forward to hearing from some of you about your questions. But I would suggest highly that anybody who's looking to buy take a look at the school. It's a small investment to learn an awful lot of information. It's a two day session on a Saturday or Sunday, and I believe they do it just annually. So take a look.
