Did you ever have one of those days when this little golden nugget of what somebody said really stuck in your head and you felt like it was a big key to how we operate and how we live our lives? Well, I was having a conversation with my marketing person. Her name is rebecca dunter@stonefruit.com Rebecca said, Remember that no decision is in fact a decision. And I thought, wow, that really makes sense. So think about it when you are in decision making mode or if you are in front of a customer who says, hmm, let me think about that and I'll get back to you. Nine times out of ten, you'll never hear from them again. They're not going to move forward. But remember in all terms that your lack of making a decision is in fact a decision. So keep that little nugget in your head as you think about how you'll move forward in your business by not making a decision on changes that need to be made or that you're considering, but by not making that move to go the next direction and advance your business and take it further than just your headspace. Add another professional into the mix to help you make decisions.
