Hi, I'm Donna Bordeaux with campgroundaccounting.com what is your internal routine? When guests leave, what do you do to clean up the site? Check it out, make sure it's ready for your next guests and in prime condition. I want to give you an example of what not to do. In the campground that I'm in currently, they don't have an exit routine except to get you out of here and get the next person in. And here's a good example.
The last guest in this site was here four days ago. They dropped this bottle of hand sanitizer on their way out. It's directly behind my site, and I've been watching to see how long it takes for a staff member to figure out it's there.
Will anyone ever come by and pick it up? Are the staff knowledgeable enough to know.
That this is.
Something really important that guests see and that they have to keep that site clean? Is that part of their culture here? I'm guessing after four days it's not. So in your campground, if you had a piece of trash in a site, how long would it sit? I'm Donna Bordeaux with campgroundaccounting.com.
