There's something about the brisk cold Boston air, all the trees, and really having an opportunity to get with everyone in person. relationships you build here, it's hard to put into words, honestly, the connections that you get to make with these individuals. The COO seat can be kind of lonely sometimes. Being able to build these lasting relationships and learn from one another is an experience that I'm extremely grateful for every time we come to these events.
As part of the CEO Alliance, that has been integral on my journey to be stepping into a CEO role. I joined 2 years ago and And in that journey, I've been able to meet incredible people that has guided my thinking decisions and provided me with new insights and information, which I don't believe I would ever come across. Curious thank CEO Alliance getting to know great people and learning in a way that I don't think can really be learned in any other environment where you are dealing with peers that are really invested in strengthening and growing you.
