Sam, face those hips to the ground. Line your elbows up underneath your shoulders, wrists in line with your elbows. Stretch your fingertips out nice and wide. And then think of pulling your shoulder blades back so it feels like your heart is kind of crawling forward and out of your chest. And then keep all 10 of your toenails grounded. Okay. Press through your palms. You're going to carry the pulling action against the earth so it's like you're pulling your wrist towards you. And then lift your elbows just an inch above the ground. Start to fire up the back body. Take an inhale, Press through your palms. Straighten through your elbows, pulling your wrists towards you so there's tension the whole time. And then as you exhale again, keep that tension that pulling in your hands. Wrap your elbows in triceps back and then hover again to about an inch off of the floor. Good. And again like that. Press, press, press. Lengthen through your elbows. Lift your heart. Good. And then again, squeeze your elbows towards each other, triceps back. Hover about an inch above the ground. We'll do that three more times. Press, press, press. Lift up. Good. As you exhale, keep pulling your hands towards you as you resist your way down. And again, inhale, lengthen. Good. As you exhale, wrap your elbows in triceps back. Good. One more time. Press, press, press, press, press. Lift. As you exhale, lower, hover and hold here an inch above the ground. Stay. Five. Heels go here. Good. Four Bre. You got two and then one. Gently release your elbows back to the ground. Okay.
