Hey, everyone. Welcome to the podcast. I'm Ryan Daniel Moran, and today I'm going to be sharing with you a process that I personally use in order to track my progress, in order to stay focused on going in the direction that I want my life to go. And this is a process that I give to clients and give to members, and I used to teach it all the time. In fact, I thought that this was one of those greatest hits talking points that no one wanted to hear me talk about anymore, because I talked about it regularly for years when I first started doing content and building an audience. But recently, on a coaching call, inside of the 1%, which is where I and my team mentor entrepreneurs towards building a brand that gets to a hundred sales a day. On one of our live coaching calls, I asked the community if they had ever heard me talk about this process before. And. And I was stunned to see that only a few people had ever even heard about it. So I taught this process for the first time in years to the clients inside of the 1%, and they are now tracking and reporting on their daily progress that they're making as a result of following this system. And the system is called the Tribe five. When I first started making content and working with entrepreneurs, I had a mastermind that was called the Tribe. And in fact, as I am recording this for you, I am holding my tribe notebook, which I pulled out of the annals. Is that the right word? Annals? Annals. I pulled it out of the archives in order to record this with you today. And the Tribe 5 stands for the five areas of investment where we make daily deposits we make daily deposits into the five areas of life that we want to compound or in the areas where we want to expand, where we want to grow. And I adapted this process after seeing several of my coaches that I had hired or mentors that I was working with use similar processes, but I found them a little bit rigid, and I wanted a little bit more flexibility based on the chapter of life that I was in. So I first became kind of aware of a process like this when I went to one of Garrett White's first events back in, like, 2015 or something, and he had a similar process for scoring how he was doing his regular habits. And I took that and I adapted it for different areas of my life because I wanted to test and measure which habits created the most impact in those areas of my life. And those five areas made up the Tribe five. And the Tribe five is these five areas. It's time, relationships, income, body, and expansion. Those are the five areas that I track. And I encourage all of my clients or the people that I work with closely to track on a daily basis. And what we do is we set a target in each one of these key five areas. And. And along with that, we create a habit that we know that if we do on a regular basis will take us closer to the target. When we do this, we have a very easy way to wake up and know what we need to do that day in order to create progress. I don't know about you, but a lot of times in my entrepreneurial career I find myself responding to chaos. I wake up in the morning and I see a bunch of slack messages. I see a bunch of emails. I have 19 missed text messages. And apparently Gary Vaynerchuk loves doing that. I don't. I need long periods of uninterrupted time in order to be creative. I need to be present with my work. Responding to a whole bunch of stuff just takes me right out of happiness and creativity and. And the type of life that I want. So I had to sit down and consciously decide what does a productive day look like for me right now? Because it's not always the same. In. In 90 days from now, a productive day will look completely different maybe than it did a year ago or today. And that will change according to what my goals are or what I need to focus on or what's important to me right now. And that's not always the same. We often buy into this idea in the entrepreneurial world that we should always be growing at a record pace and we're always seeing the people who are crushing it the most in the new industry with the new strategy or the new tactic. And we should emulate everything that they're doing and work that into our to do list, which is already a mile long. And we're already stressed about when we fall into that type of mentality. It's really easy for us to be distracted every single day. Have you ever woken up and worked all day and thought, did I get anything done today? After one too many of those types of days, I sat down and created my tribe 5. It's also a really good way for me to reset when I am entering a new chapter or if I am starting a new project or if I just feel chaotic. It's a way for me to quiet the noise and come back to center. And once again, what we do here is we create a habit in each one of these five areas. Those five areas are time, relationships, income, body, and expansion. And today I'm Going to share with you my recommendations for what to put in each of these categories if you don't know where to start. Something that I was inspired by a year and a half ago or so when I started working with my friend Kyle Carnahan, who started as a member of the capitalism.com incubator and then I hired him as a coach for Mindset a couple of years later, he encouraged me to have what he called non negotiables. And this was borrowed from someone that you may recognize the name of Wes Watson. Wes Watson is fairly controversial or polarizing Personal development coach. I'm not here to give an opinion one way or the other. He just has these habits that he calls non negotiables. The things that you never miss, the things that you do every day, regardless of how you feel, regardless of what is going on, these are the non negotiables that you have to do. And if everything else goes to zero, if you got nothing else done, if you got your non negotiables done, it's still a productive day. It's still a day in which you are moving toward your goals or making the progress that you want. And when I started working with Kyle and he shared with me his, I found them to be so helpful for my mindset and for my. My mental health even, that it forced me to go back and revisit the Tribe 5 process and apply it to other areas of my life. And then a few months ago, I had Dan Martell here on the podcast and he shared with me, when we were not recording that he gave his clients non negotiables. There's that word again. Those things that you do every day, you never miss, no matter what. There's that word again. Non negotiables. But they were for business growth. They were the habits that no matter what else you did that day, if you did these things, it would make the business grow. And it made me go, huh, okay, I'm seeing a theme here. What is the non negotiable habit that makes my business grow even if everything else fails? What is the health habit that keeps me in shape or keeps me in a state of wellness no matter what else happens? And it forced me to go back and revisit this Tribe 5 process in a way that worked for my life, my business, and the lifestyle that I want to have? So once again, we create a non negotiable habit in each one of these categories. And what we're going to do is simply track how we're doing over a decent amount of time. We really start to get the feedback on how this is working after two to four weeks of doing this process. So what we do is once we have our habits, and I'll share what each of the habits that I recommend are for these categories. The ones that I have seen be the most helpful for me and for the people that I've shared this process with. At the end of the day, we simply give ourselves a score. If we got two of our habits done, we give ourselves a two. If we got five, then great, we just give ourselves a five. There's no judgment in this process. I've made that mistake of judging myself and being beating myself up over not having the habit and then trying to double down the next day. If you can relate to that, you know that once you feel behind, it's like you can never catch up. But what I do is just, with no judgment, give myself a score. How many of these habits did I accomplish today? I've noticed that if I'm getting fours and fives consistently, my life just seems to to work out. It just seems to go better. But if I'm getting twos, threes, ones, then I start to feel depressed or anxiety starts to creep in. I start to wonder what I'm doing with my life. I wonder if I'm focused on the right things. And usually those thoughts creep in and we're unconscious about them. One day we just feel like nothing's working. One day we just feel like we're not where we're supposed to be and we don't know why. This takes the mystery out of those really bad days. And if I'm getting a consistent 4 and 5 score over a period of a few weeks, I know that either good things are coming or I know why things are working better. So this is why this process helps me both stay in a positive place and be in a state of growth. No matter what's going on in my life or what the results appear to be, I know that I'm in control because I'm controlling these habits. So what are the five habits that I would recommend? Well, once again, depending on your goals, depending on what you're focused on, you can massage these habits. But the real takeaway is, do you have a consistent daily habit in each one of these categories? The that you can easily track and measure. So let me share with you what mine are in the T category for time. I know that my life and my business works better if I do time blocking. There are two types of time blocking that I have found work for me, one is getting up before 6am that's it. Just pass fail. Did I get up before 6am? When I'm up before 6, I tend to be happier, I tend to get more done and I'm able to block off 6 to 9 sometimes in order to do focused work. And oftentimes that's all the time that I need to actually be productive in the context of the things that truly move the ball forward. So that is t do I get up before 6am? The other thing, the other habit that I will sometimes put in here is simply blocking off creative days, or what Alex Hormozi calls maker days. Do you have long uninterrupted periods where you are not on slack, where you're not responding to email, where you're diving deep into the things that matter? But my suggestion is that you simply pick a habit of time blocking. If you're working a full time job, it is really tempting to come home from work to have dinner with the family and then watch TV and go to bed and wonder why you aren't starting that business. Just carve out two hours a day or carve out whatever time you can commit to and then stick to that. Any amount of time blocking for me is a big step in the right direction. Carving out the time, committing to it, and then showing up for that time block as if I'm working for somebody else. I have to work during this time. You know, I'm just remembering this as I'm taking talking about it, but when I hired my first business coach back, I was like 17 years old. I was still in high school. One of the first things this is before I, you know, made a dollar online, but I was just reading books and trying to discover whatever I could about making money. One of the first things that this person told me to do was to carve out time in my week for reading the books that he was assigning me to read. And if someone invited me out, you know, for a social event or, or something after school, because I was in high school at the time, I had to say, no, I can't, I have to work, because that was my time block. There was a lot of wisdom to that, just blocking off the doing of what you said you're going to do. So that's the T point. Did you block off time and did you actually show up and follow the time block whenever that is for you, the R point. That's relationships for this. This is reaching out to three people every day that are strategic contacts for you. What is A strategic contact. A strategic contact is, well, could be customers. It could be people that you want to partner with. It could be people whose podcast you want to be on, could be influencers that you want to create a connection with. This will change according to whatever your goals are right now. So, for example, right now I am improving our product@capitalism.com I am also auditing and improving our sales processes. So every day I carve out time to look at a certain number of people and their applications to join the 1% or the capitalism incubator. And. And I'm reviewing them and reaching out to them and just getting feedback or offering them some advice based on what I saw on their application. It is a way for me to stay fresh with our customer base. It's also a way for me to get a pulse on our sales processes. And it has made me much better in my understanding of what's going on in the company. Now, for you, that might be just reaching out to three people who follow you on Instagram and, and asking them how they found you and if they're aware of your products. If you're trying to get booked on more podcasts, then you're gonna be reaching out to three people who have podcasts every day. So this is what, 20 minutes a day where you're reaching out to at least three people. I found that good things happen when you reach out to people who can help you. And man, I have thought I've learned this lesson a hundred times, but every time I isolate myself and try to figure things out on my own rather than building a network and reaching out to people, man, I'm so hard on myself. But when I feel like there is motion with other people who have access to the things that I want, things just start popping. Good things happen when you open conversations. So the R point is opening three conversations with people who align with the goals that you set for yourself this quarter or this year. I is income. Income for me is very simple. I have never lost money when I have made a piece of content or sent an email to my list. For any of you who are Internet entrepreneurs, the same is probably gonna be true for you. Good things happen, growth happens, leads happen, Sales happen. When you create a piece of content and or you email your customer list. If I do one of those two things, I have earned my I point for the day or why? Because when I create content, I'm building connection with people who might become customers or partners or investors down the road. When I email my list, I usually have a call to Action in the PS of my email, which means that I'm going to get leads or sales or outreach and connections from doing so. Some of you are listening to this or watching this and saying, well, I don't have that big of an audience or I don't have a big email list. What should I do here? You should create content and send emails to your list. Why? Because that's the reason why you don't have an audience. Because you're not consistently doing the habit that puts you in front of the people who will become leads and customers. So the I point is creating a piece of content. And that could be wherever you are building your audience, or it might be emailing your list. For me, it's an either or thing. Did I write an email to my list? Did I create a piece of content? That's my I point. B is body. This is very simple. Did I move my body? Did I sweat for at least 45 minutes? Did I get to the gym? Did I go for a walk? Did I do something to move my body for at least 45 minutes? Why? Because if I don't track this, I will wake up, sit in front of my computer and get lost in work all day and not shower and maybe not brush my teeth and wonder why I'm sad. This. This is just what happens when you work from home for two decades, which is about how much time I've been working from home. We all think working from home is this great idea. It's not. It's a terrible thing. Most of us have learned this post pandemic. But did you go out and move at least 45 minutes? Pass. Fail. Did you get your steps in? Did you go for a walk? Did you lift weights? I don't care what you do, but is your body in motion rather than are you in your head all day? That's the B point. Very simple. Did you sweat? Did you exercise for at least 45 minutes? And then E is expansion? Did you feed your mind with some new idea that stretches you? And for me, this is did I read for 10 minutes? Just that. Just 10 minutes. No big deal. Podcasts don't count. YouTube videos don't count. Did I read for at least 10 minutes? Because that's actually me consciously sitting down and learning something, creating space for new ideas. If I put an audiobook on, if I put a podcast on, I'm probably doing other things that is more entertainment than it is feeding my mind. So let me recap this for you. My tribe 5 is t time blocking, r reaching out to at least 3 people I income that is creating a piece of content or sending an email to my list. B is body that is working out for at least 45 minutes and e is expansion reading for at least 10 minutes. Now look at these habits for a second. If every day you blocked off your time so that you were productive, if you reached out to three people who might be able to support you if you created a piece of content or if you emailed your customers, if you exercised and if you read something that stretched you every day, would you progress forward in your life? It would be kind of hard not to. These are not complex habits. These are not even energy sucking habits. These are not time intensive habits. These are very simple habits. These are simple habits to do. They're also easy not to do. Compounded over many months or many years. You can see the difference of if I've worked out for 45 minutes for three years versus not working out ever, the compounding results are very drastic over a period of a few years. In some cases the compounding results are drastic over a few months or even a few weeks. If you create content every single day for 90 days, something is going to happen. It may not be life changing, but something will have happened over 90 days or six months. Why don't we do it? We don't do it because we have all of this conflicting data and head trash that keeps us distracted from doing the thing. Well, I should do it on this platform. I should do it this way. This didn't work so I'm going to change it up and try this. I'm going to move over to this platform. No. Can we consistently do something for at least 90 days and then we'll evaluate the results and then we will see if we need to change our habits or if we're on track. For me, if I am doing this at an optimal level, here's what a morning or a day looks like. I'm up at 5:45. I immediately go to the gym and work out for 45 to 60 minutes. Then I will come back and clean up for the day. I've already got two of my points. I will then write a piece of content or email my list followed by Doing3Opens to customers or strategic contacts and then I might read for 10 minutes. By then it is 9 o', clock, 9:30, maybe 10 and I've got five points for the day. Now I can begin my day. Now I can begin whatever else is going to come my way. Now I can start the workday which has actually Already been accomplished in terms of a minimum viable productive day. Now if I take the rest of the day off, I'm still getting my minimum viable production done, I am still progressing in the right direction. So I don't need to worry about am I on the right track, am I going to grow. I've already done the things that I know will lead to something and everything else is kind of gonna be extra on top of that. Now of course for me, there's meetings to go to, there's things to record, there's things to review. But in terms of my happiness, in terms of my growth, in terms of my progress, if I get those five things done, which often can be done in a small time block, I know that good things are going to happen. I know that we're going to move forward. So this is what I would encourage you to do if you want to test this process. Write out in your journal. If you've been following me for a long time, you might have one of these tribe journals. And just write out T R I B E. And if you have a specific goal that you are shooting for over the next 90 days or even a year, let's say it is getting to 100 sales a day over the next year, my goal is to hit 100 sales a day in this business. What would I have to do consistently in order for me to make it really difficult to not accomplish this goal? What could I do every day that would move the ball forward towards hitting a hundred sales a day? T r I B E what would be my time commitment, my time block for me to be in striking distance of a hundred sales a day of me in alignment of hitting that goal, I might say, well, I know that I can block off two hours a day, four days a week because I'm working a full time job and, and in order for me to block that off, I need to be up at 5:30 so that I can work before I go to work. This is assuming that you work a full time job. Okay, great. Now we have a simple pass fail. Did you honor that two hour time block in order for you to carve out those 120 minutes a day for you to work on what will become your million dollar business? Your R point, what is that? Your relationships, your outreach, Contacting three people who can support you if you're a member of the 1% that might be shooting messages to three people who are ahead of you and asking if they would be open to collaborating with you if you're creating content for your cleaning business, you might be reaching out to three influencers who are creating content for those audiences and establishing connections with those influencers at the early part in your journey. It might be contacting three manufacturers, it might be contacting three followers or three customers to get feedback or actually this is one of my favorite ones. For those of you who are in the grind or the early stages of your business. I love when people say that my relationship habit is that I'm reaching out to three customers and asking them to leave a review. Oh, this makes me so happy. In fact, I'm gonna, for those of you who have been here the entire time, I'm gonna give you a bonus that we've been using in some of our brands that has doubled our brands businesses in like 30 days by using this process. Just stay tuned for that. So I love when customers are reaching out and saying I'm asking my customers for reviews so that I'm greasing the wheels for the sales on Amazon or Shopify or ads or whatever it is. I, I'm going to create a piece of content. I'm going to spend 20 minutes creating something for my followers or my customers and I'm going to send it out. Great. You never lose money when you do those two things. You grow your followers, you grow your connections, you grow your customers, you grow your leads, et cetera. B. Did you work out? Is your body moving? E. Expansion? Did you read something that is going to continue to inspire you to build a million dollar business? Guess what? If you do those five things over a two hour time block every day for a year, really good things are going to happen. I mean it's, it's. You're picking up what I'm laying down, right? It'd be hard to not make an immense amount of Progress doing those five things every day over the course of 365 days. Now, as a little bonus for those of you who have stuck with me this long, let me put this into a process that I gave to a friend of mine who was feeling stuck because he wasn't getting the sales that he wanted to get in his business and he was having a hard time focusing on what direction to go in. And so we did this process in order to get him unstuck and his sales doubled in a period of like three weeks. It was pretty incredible. What we did is we said we're going to block off two hours in the day. That's your T point. And every day for our, I want you to reach out to customers or to personal friends, people who Left reviews and just collect positive feedback. It doesn't even need to be reviews, it's just positive feedback. That could be people that you know in your network who have tried your product, could be influencers that you know who have tried the product in the past. It could be reviews, customers. Just collect positive feedback. That's your R point. Get three pieces of positive feedback. I is take that feedback and turn it into content and then tie that content back to your email newsletter. So you're going to create one piece of content that links back to your lead magnet. So let me repeat this for you just so you have a very simple plan that you can use. With this. He blocked off two hours, might have been three hours, backed off time in the morning to solicit feedback from his network, from his customers, and then spend the next 30 minutes making that into content and linking that back to his email newsletter or whatever the opt in was. For physical products, I always suggest that the simplest, easiest way to collect a lead is just give a discount for whatever your product is for first customers. It's not the best lead magnet in the world, but it works. It's effective. Then you have B, you have body. Go work out. Go energize yourself and feed your mind. Well, guess what happened? Just by creating content every day, reaching out to customers and getting feedback and soliciting positive feedback that he can use in his marketing, posting that and linking it over to his newsletter and emailing the list on a regular basis, the daily sales more than doubled over a period of a few weeks. That business that was stuck is now gonna easily do at least like modest six figures and is now building a customer list, building an audience, building connections, increasing sales, increasing the rank on Amazon and it's not setting the world on fire. But two months ago it was totally stuck. Today it's moving in the right direction. Play that over a year on. The compounding returns are insane.
We all know this in the context of our bodies. If you track your food and you work out and you do it consistently, you're going to go in the right direction. If you don't do that for a long period of time, who knows? We might get lucky and lose weight, we might get lucky and have good genes, we might get unlucky and gain a bunch of weight and be completely unconscious of it. This process puts you in conscious control of the progress that you're making in these different areas of life. And when you tie them all together, you have a very predictable process for knowing if you are on track or if you are off track. And what you'll find is that over a period of a few weeks, you'll start to see that trend. This is a really good practice to do with a business partner, an accountability buddy or somebody that you connect with on a weekly basis and you want to hold each other accountable or talk about business. Because when you're feeling down or unproductive, I guarantee you that you can say to the other person, let me show you my scores, let me show you my tribe 5. And you will find that you've been getting ones, twos and threes for a few weeks and that might be why you feel crappy, that might be why you are not getting the results that you want, or maybe you need a different habit and so we can swap that out with something else. So, once again, this is a practice that I taught to clients and customers regularly when I first started building my audience and tracking the success of my businesses. And I was surprised at how few people knew about it that were inside of the 1%. So we have been doing this as a community, reporting on our tribe five, tracking each other's progress and reporting on what our habits are as a way to create more of that culture of accountability and non negotiables that we know are going to lead to our goals. So I hope that you find this helpful. In fact, I believe there was a member in our community who made a Tribe 5 journal where you could just make this easy. If you just search for Tribe 5 journal, if that still exists, you can go buy one of these or you can use a blank journal, which is what I usually do. But this process makes it a way for you to consciously be in control of you going in the direction that you want. And I have found it to be very helpful for knowing what I'm supposed to do so that I'm not distracted and also maintaining a certain level of progress and mental health. Because if I don't do these things, I tend to get into a negative spiral. When I do these things, I tend to have compounding returns that put me in a positive place and I hope that it has the same impact on you. Before we wrap today, I wanna give a couple of house cleaning items for those of you who have been following my work for a certain amount of time. We do regular masterminds here@capitalism.com. our next mastermind is July 21st through the 24th. I think, I think you arrive the Evening of the 21st, leave the morning of the 24th. You can confirm that with my team. If you send an email to joinapitalism.com just say I want details. For the San Diego Mastermind, we have a mastermind that is lovingly called the Capitalist Pigs. This is an NFT community. You buy an nft, you can come to our events, but if you're not a member, we allow people to come to one event ad hoc. You can come to one event, test it out, get plugged into the community, build some relationships, see if it's a group that you want to be a part of. There's no pushy upsell or anything like that. It's just a way for us to connect with people throughout the year that follow the capitalism.com ethos. So if you want to come to our Mastermind in July, it's in Sandy Diego. It's going to be in this beautiful 10,000 square foot mansion on 15 acres. There's a wiffle ball court in the back. We'll be playing a game for sure. There is a pickleball court, there will be a tournament, there's this beautiful pool. We're bringing in a couple chefs to make all of our meals. We'll be having Masterminds and we will also be presenting on how we structure our deals inside of the capitalism.com fund as well as showing how we are focusing on funding one of the businesses inside of our portfolio. Because it's 10x over the last handful of years, we invested at a $500,000 valuation. It's now got a 5 or a $6 million valuation. We'll be sharing how we are structuring all of that and what the plan is to take that to eight figures and beyond. So this is a really fun, informal, casual, face to face, heart to heart mastermind that if you want to get from behind your computer in front of some people who genuinely want you to win and end up being friends and partners over the long term. We usually have about 25 people at these. If you would like to come, just email us@joinaapitalism.com you can say, I want details for the San Diego Mastermind. And we will get you hooked up with that. The second house cleaning item is we just launched a test here@capitalism.com, something called the 1% accelerator. So the 1% accelerator is an experiment that we are doing right now. We have found that when people follow the Tribe 5 process, specifically when they are doing outreach to strategic contacts and when they're creating content, building an email list, doing promotions, asking for reviews, those daily things that compound and lead to growth in sales, when they do that over a period of a few weeks. They tend to grow. So we asked ourselves a question. What if we created a weekly cadence for people and saw how much growth they had over a period of a few weeks or a few months? So this way, people who are wanting to be in the 1% but didn't want to join for the year or felt like it wasn't the right time for them, they could come in, use our processes, get growth week over week over week, and then they could decide if they want to work with us. So we broke the content into a weekly accelerator, meaning you do this week one, this week two, this week, this week three, and over a period of four to eight weeks, there's definitive progress in your road to a million dollars. We do not have that open publicly. If you want to see when we have spots open for that, you have to be on the email list and you can join the email list. Probably the best place is@capitalism.com playbook. That's where we have a lot of our best podcast, our playbook for how we take brands to 100 sales a day, and our mini course for coming up with your idea, launching it, getting it to a hundred sales a day. So we announce when we have spots open for that for people who are on the email list. And one final house cleaning item. I may be coming to a city near you. I plan on doing more traveling through the rest of the year and I'm eager to just meet up with the community more in person. And if you have a podcast or an audience and you'd like to do some content together, this would be a great good time to collaborate together. So I might decide where I'm going to be based on where the Cleveland Guardians are at the time, because they're really good this year. They are a fun team. So I will be announcing where I will be and inviting the 1% and the rest of the following in the community to come meet up with us. We might run a conference room or just a restaurant somewhere and meet up. There's no agenda here. I just want to meet more people in person, record some content together, and if you feel led to support the greatest baseball team of all time, we might go to the Guardians game together as well. So stay tuned for announcements on that. I hope that you find this process as helpful for you as it has been for me and as helpful as it's been for a lot of our members and clients. At capitalism.com there are so many things that we can do and we feel like we should do. Once we sit down and consciously decide what we will commit to and hold ourselves accountable to doing that for a long period of time, good things tend to happen. If you feel inspired to share your Tribe 5 in the comments of this video or to email them to me@ryanapitalism.com or post them in in the 1% Facebook group. That would just make my day and it would hold you accountable to following them. Thanks so much for watching or listening to capitalism.com, i appreciate you guys and I'll see you on the next episode. Take care. And now a quick word from Tristina Timm, one of our members from the capitalism.com community.
We joined the incubator because we knew the things that we didn't know. So we, we didn't know e commerce at all and we needed that. We needed somebody to tell us where to go and what to do. Right now we are on track to hit the 3 million mark this year. However, I think next year is just going to double that. We have so many plans for the future and just executing the plan that the incubator brought us, it was fantastic. It was step by step, what to do, how to execute, execute it. And then if we did fumble the ball, we had somebody there to help us through it and walk us through our plans for the future. Of course, this year we have 3 million and then next year 6 and we're hoping to get to 10 million within the next three to four years. Freedom is everything to our family. I homeschool and I love that our family can wake up together every morning. Nobody's running off to school, nobody's running off to work. If I had to work at like a 9 to 5 job, there's no way that I could also homeschool. I get to set my own hours and they're not as many hours as a normal job would be. So that's really fantastic. But again, freedom is everything for our family. And I don't. It's strange that our kids don't know any other way. Mom and dad are home every day. I would describe the capitalism community as family. When you go get so many tips from people, we give tips and I think that we're going to start to work with a lot of our fellow community members and everyone really is rooting for everybody else. Nobody is like in competition at all. Like everyone is everyone's biggest cheerleaders.
