All right, so you don't have any money. Can you still build a seven figure business? I'm going to show you how you can hit a seven figure business in one year from today. Even if you are dead ass broke, I mean broker than your cat. I mean, you have no money, you are living in the basement. You've been down in the basement drinking coffee for four hours because you live in a van down by the river. Hey, if that's you, don't worry, I got you covered. But first things first, you got to stop telling yourself the story that you don't have any money. Money is one thing that makes a company grow faster. It's also a thing that breaks companies because people spend money in places that they shouldn't. So you've got to stop telling yourself this story that because you don't have any money, you can't start a business. When people start businesses in order to solve financial problems, it is kind of like saying, I'm going to have a baby so that I have more free time. It just doesn't work like that. Having a business will expose your financial challenges. But if you have the business that creates enough value, that attracts money, that will actually solve your financial problems, that's what we need to focus on. So first things first, you've got to realize that this story that you play in your mind about how you can't start a business because you don't have any money is just a story that you're telling yourself. There are lots and lots of ways to start businesses that get to a million dollars or even more or at least six figures profit that started with no money or hardly any money. You're just gonna have to be creative, do things a little bit differently, maybe work a little bit harder or meet the right people. So let's go into what that looks like. Instead of telling yourself the story that you can't start a business cause you don't have any money, the story that you do need to tell yourself is that you're gonna create something of more value for somebody else than you're going to get in return. If you think about this like an energy exchange, if you're creating more energy, it's like a teeter totter. Is that a teeter totter? A seesaw? It's that toy that goes like this. If you put more weight on this side of the seesaw, it's almost like the universe has to balance it in your way. Because if somebody is getting more value out of the thing that you have, then they will Pay for it. So the way that we need to start this conversation is think about how we can create something of immense value for one person. Can we use your idea as an example? So the guy behind the camera here is super handsome, single. You should look him up. Alex King on Instagram, great guy, big heart, loves Jesus.
Wants to start a company called Before Noon helping people optimize their morning routines. And we were just talking earlier today about, he's like, I don't feel excited about the product. I don't feel excited about the thing I want to create. And I'm like, dude, you got to get excited about the person on the other side of that. If you think about how much an optimized morning routine affects someone's life, how it affects how they show up for their kids and for work and for their spouse, and you realize that if you just turn the dial in their life a little bit, how much of a difference you can make in their life. So you think about one person that you want to help. Dave Asprey did this really well where he was like, I put butter in my coffee and it gave me a better day. So I'm going to start Bulletproof Coffee. And that was like the gateway drug of all things. Dave Asprey and Bulletproof. And it became a phenomenon that built a billion dollar company. If you think about one person and the impact that you can have in their life and then you think, I want to create something like that, that is the thing that will start to move the conversation in the store, in your mind, out of how do I extract money from this? And think about how infuse energy and life and value into someone else's life and that's when you end up getting yours. When you start to think in this way, you can absolutely build a business with no money. Because the first thing that is going to happen is if you're genuinely excited about serving that one person and you talk about it with 15 people in your network and you say, I'm thinking about doing this. I've done the research into this, I've talked to this manufacturer who can do it all free things to do. By the way, I put together my plan into this Google Doc and you're talking about it with 15 people and asking for their advice. There is a non zero chance that one of them is going to say, do you need capital? Do you need 25 grand to start this thing? Because I really believe in the value that you're bringing to this community. It changes everything when you have the value stacked in favor of someone else, you attract people with capital that will fuel the growth of that business. When you stack the deck with giving energy to the marketplace, rather than trying to extract energy money from the marketplace, you start to attract great customers and even investors who might want to say that they will put up the capital to fund the operations of your business. When you start to think about service rather than getting yours, and you're operating from that place, then one of the ways that you can start a business with no money is you don't use any of your money, but use somebody else's money. And that means that there are more investors who want to invest in your thing than there are good ideas in the world. The second way to get a business off the ground with no money is again, assuming that you're creating something that is of immense value to someone else is that you can pre sell it. If you are talking about your product idea or your business idea publicly, and maybe you're documenting that on Instagram or TikTok or a blog or a podcast or YouTube or an email list, or with any other cool new way that there is to create content right now, if you do that, then you will have an audience of people who are lined up and waiting to buy your thing. Look at what Alex Hormozy is doing right now with his book launch for $100 million leads. Alex has been building his audience and giving value to them for the last two years. And as a result, he has built up leverage and demand for a book that is coming out that is probably going to cost 99 cents. And I predict that it will be the best selling business book of all time. And it will be that probably within 18 to 24 months. Why? Because he's built up leverage and goodwill with people and he's been talking about it and documenting it for the last 12 to 18 months. He's been talking about $100 million leads ever since the launch of his last book. And he's built up such a raving fan base that it will probably become the best selling business book of all time. It will make him millions of dollars, even though he doesn't need it to make him millions of dollars. And he'll probably sell it for 99 cents now. You are not Alex Hormozi. I am not Alex Hormozi. I can't grow a beard like that. I can't. I can't fill out a muscle shirt like that. I don't have calves like that. I almost said I don't have a wife like that, but I'm not going to say that. But, but you are you. And you don't need to have a hormozi sized audience to have a $10,000 launch, a $50,000 launch. I have two people inside of the capitalism incubator named Ryan and Tristina tim who had $100,000 launch in their first six weeks because they had 500 people in a Facebook group. Oh, 500 people, $100,000. I mean, come on, what's your excuse.
If you're already in this video and you're like, I still don't have money, I still don't have an audience? You're a selfish prick. Like, you're just thinking about what you can get out of it. Start thinking about what you can create for other people. Start thinking about how you can infuse energy into other people's lives. And as a result, you will have a few hundred people that want some of that energy and want what you have that will allow you to pre launch a product without you ever having to put up money for the inventory order or to get the product made. This is the entire thesis of Kickstarter. Kickstarter was founded upon the idea that if you have an early concept and you don't have the capital to get it off the ground, Kickstarter is a platform that gives you exposure to people who want to fund early projects. But if you have an audience of people and you've done the same thing for, you'll have increased conversion rates from people who want to pay a premium price or are willing to pay a premium price for your thing because you've been delivering value for them. And the beautiful irony is the more you can create that product for that specific person, the more profitable will be. The more that people will talk about your product to all of their peers who look a little bit like them. And the faster the momentum you will get because you'll have increased testimonials, you will have a higher review rate, and you'll have more people talking about you voluntarily. So that's the second way that you can start a business with no money, even if you're more broke than your cat. And the third way to start a business if you've got absolutely no money is once again assuming that you are excited about what you're trying to create and you have one person in mind that you are creating value for rather than thinking about how you extract value from them is as a result of you operating from that place. You can partner with influencers who will be Your distribution. We love to obsess about distribution in today's fast paced marketplace. We think about how we get rankings for keywords, how we get cheap Facebook ads. Well, influencers are just another form of distribution, of awareness. The more specific you can be in your distribution, the higher conversion rates will be, the more that you'll be able to sell product. So one of the things that I do when I'm starting a new project is I look into my network and I think about who am I trying to serve. And then I say who in my network has distribution to the person that I am trying to serve. A good example of this is one of our portfolio brands at the Capitalism Fund sells accessories for cars. The core market is moms. And one of the products that they have is an insert into the car seat that holds things like an iPad or a food tray. And it makes mom's lives a little bit easier because it's one less thing to think about. And the owner of the company, Jake, is always thinking about how do I make these moms lives a little bit easier? So when he gets in contact with a mommy blogger or somebody on Instagram who does parenting content, he will send out a gift package to that influencer with a handwritten note and a product saying, I love your stuff, hope you enjoy the present. And some of them post publicly that they're using the product. Some of those videos go crazy viral, some of them don't. But the ones that do result in 10 sales a day, 50 sales a day. One did 100 sales a day fairly consistently as a result of one post that was about 15 seconds long. The only reason this worked is because he's thinking about who's the person that would benefit the most and how do I create value for them. This was not a paid shout out. There was no advertising relationship. And this influencer only had about 2,500 followers on Instagram. Now yes, Jake needed to have product ready. It did cost a few hundred dollars for him to get that product made and to have a few units produced and delivered. So I guess you'll need a few hundred bucks. So I guess I misled you in the title of this video. But you know what you could do is even if you don't have product yet, you could have your design shown that you had made by mid journey or some dude on Fiverr or you designed yourself or your equally broke cousin had made in Photoshop. You can take your designs of prototype and start sending it out to people that you know that it would be a value for do you realize that that is the secret to all of it? It's not about how we trick the marketplace or even how we raise capital. It starts with is what we are developing of more value for other people than it is for us. Because if it is, then we have the leverage for our ads to work, for our raise to be successful, and for us to get the customers that we want and build $1 million business. Building $1 million business is basic math. It's four products, 25 sales a day at a $30 price point. The linchpin for all of this is knowing the person that you serve so that you can deliver disproportionate value to them. I have a supplement business, but I don't just sell supplements. My market is dads, because 70% of men in America are overweight, and they're that example for their kids, and they're numbing themselves out with food and their phone, and they're not present at home. So I don't care about selling beetroot powder. I don't care about selling creatine. I care about giving that man one little shift of the dial, one little click on the radio dial towards a better day. Because if we optimize his hormones, maybe he'll work out. And if he works out, maybe he's a better example for his kids. And if he works out, maybe he has more energy to be present with his family, and maybe he'll do better work when he goes to the office. I don't care about what's in a capsule. I care about affecting someone's life.
And.
And the cool thing is, when you're thinking about that, it's much easier to think about creating disproportionate value for a person, which gives you more conviction for selling your stuff, which gives you better customers, which allows you to have higher price points and better margins, which allows you to hire better people, which allows you to grow faster. But all of this fails if you're not thinking about giving more value than you're extracting from the marketplace. But if you do that, you can absolutely build a business, regardless of how broke you are. Business is about creating more than you take. Most entrepreneurs get into the game because they're thinking about how much money they can make. And you can make a lot of money as an entrepreneur. But first you must prioritize someone else's experience before your experience of life changes. That requires that you think more about the other person, the customer, the client, or even your boss. How do you create more value for them. That is how you make all the money that you want to make. If you want to follow a formula, a system for doing this. Mine is that if you sell physical stuff, it's simple to get four products to 25 sales a day at a $30 price point, which is a million dollar business. Starts with the person that you serve, building a small audience of them, launching the first product to them, getting it to 25 sales a day and then repeating that process three more times so that you have four products at 25 sales a day at a $30 price point. That is a seven figure business that you can have a multimillion dollar exit from if you decide to sell it. If you want to follow that formula, you can find out what I do and how I can help you. Over@capitalism.com one that is my mentoring community called the 1% where I help entrepreneurs like you actually follow that formula. I'm Ryan Daniel Moran with capitalism.com See ya. We joined the incubator because we need knew the things that we didn't know. So we didn't know e commerce at all and we needed that. We needed somebody to tell us where to go and what to do. Right now we are on track to hit the 3 million mark this year. However, I think next year is just going to double that. We have so many plans for the future and just executing the plan that the incubator brought us, it was fantastic. Step by step, what to do, how to execute it. And then if we did fumble the ball, we had somebody there to help us through it and walk us through our plans for the future. Of course this year we have 3 million and then next year 6 and we're hoping to get to 10 million within the next three to four years. Freedom is everything to our family. I homeschool and I love that our family can wake up together every morning. Nobody's running off to school, nobody's running off to work. If I had to work at like a 9 to 5 job, there's no way that I could also homeschool. I get to set my own hours and they're not as many hours as a normal job would be. So that's really fantastic. But again, freedom is everything for our family and I don't. It's strange that our kids don't know any other way. Mom and dad are home every day. I would describe the capitalism community as family. When you go get so many tips from people we give tips and I think that we're going to start to work with a lot of our fellow community members and everyone really is rooting for everybody else. Nobody is like in competition at all like everyone is everyone's biggest cheerleaders.
