How To Create A Soul-Aligned Business With Mandy Roux [Ep 3]
24 Jul 2024 · 43 min
Mandy Roux talks with Carly Hill about building an online coaching business as a therapist. A soul-aligned business starts with what lights you up, paired with clear niching and marketable outcomes. Therapists can translate clinical skills into coaching while protecting their license, but the real work is nervous-system regulation and identity work, not strategy.

So you have built your beautiful coaching business and now you're going back to school to become a therapist. So you bring such a beautiful energy and you can relate to clients in such a unique way way because you have both the business acumen of your coaching business, but also the therapy skills and you understand both worlds deeply. So I'm going to let you introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about you and your business and then we can go into talking about building an aligned business.
Yes, absolutely. Thank you for having me here. It is such an honor to be here and I love being in the Therapistic Coach Accelerator and supporting all of our beautiful clients and really helping to bridge the gap between the coaching world, the online space and the therapy world. I think it's so needed, so important and beautiful to build such an awesome body of work. And so as you guys know, hi, my name is Mandy. I'm an embodied leadership and business coach and I really love helping so called entrepreneurs build their business from the ground up in a way that's really aligned with their purpose and dharma and feels really fun. Feels like they can express their creativity and authenticity while building something sustainable that's going to continue to grow with them throughout their Lifetime. And so in my background, yes, I'm going to school to be a therapist. I'm also a 500 hour trauma informed yoga teacher. So I really weave in rich eastern practices like to the roots embodiment into my business coaching along with the solid tangible strategy. And I really think that that combination is something that can make business really, really beautiful and special and sacred.
So yeah, it's like the perfect recipe of all the different things mod podge together, which I feel like is a great definition of alignment when you can build a business that is an extension of you. And so let's talk about that for a second. Let's talk about alignment, authenticity. If you were to define, I know this is a loaded question, but if you were to define what a soul aligned business means, how would you describe that?
Yeah, yeah, definitely. So many different things for different people. Because I feel like the word alignment is so, so like used so much and it's broad. Right. But being in alignment for each individual person is unique because we are all unique human beings. Right? So being in alignment is being able to listen to your intuition and your spirit as you're living your life and being the embodiment of your highest self, your true self, your authentic self. And so when you carry that forth into business, because business is one of the most creative endeavor that you can do, it's really cool because you can not only express like your therapeutic work, your spiritual work, all of that stuff like into it, but you can also create strategies and structures and flows and communities that are aligned with like what lights you up and allows you to continue that creative flow. So I would say that's what a soul aligned business really is.
And it starts with what lights you up, right. And then you can incorporate strategy down the road, but starting I think internally first. And this goes back to figuring out what your why is. We've talked about this before where like you're building a coaching business and you have to be able to talk about what you do all the time. You have to wake up and be hype and excited about your mission. Your vision is one thing, right? But when you're mission driven in a soul aligned business, nothing can stop you. Your energy is so contagious and I think maybe something that trips people up sometimes is they're so multifaceted and they have all of these different passions and their why is load it and things get convoluted. So you're working with clients day in and day out. What do you find is helpful? If somebody's listening and they're asking themselves like, well, so many things light me up or how do I know what to choose out of all the things that light me up that's actually going to be sustainable and viable and marketable, what would you suggest?
So it depends on the person, of course, but I would say that the biggest thing that we really help our clients do is find a way to niche down and really create a specific problem and outcome. Because if somebody's going to buy something from you, they, they have to know, like, what is this product going to do for me? How is it going to serve me, how is it going to show up in my life otherwise, you know, why would they buy for me if they don't know what it's going to do for them? Right. And so that's the thing that I think trips people up because they're like, I don't want a niche down, you know, like, I don't, I don't want to sacrifice this part of myself or that part of myself. And so one thing that I bring in that I find really important is you have your niche. You have like your big problem and outcome and that's just one big umbrella that you use to lead the rest of your business. And your branding, like branding is so much more than colors and fonts and how pretty your website looks. It's about how can you bring all of the facets of yourself into what you're doing in your business. And niching down isn't about losing any aspects of yourself. Niching down is about articulating what you do clearly enough to make sure that people can understand it. Because that's also an important part of this. Right. So somebody's listening and is wondering, like, how they can niche down or like where to even get started. I would say to really think about what you're passionate about, what lights you up. I always say, like, think of your lowest hanging fruit, the thing that you could talk about for hours and hours and hours and lead with that. And again, you can weave in so many facets of your work in what you do, especially in your paid, like, program and stuff. You can really run wild, you know, so. And bring it all in there.
Yeah, I think it's important for people to hear that your niche doesn't have to be your niche for forever and giving yourself a permission slip that you can be whoever you want to be and serve whoever you want to serve at any given time and you're going to grow and evolve with your business. I think that's a good definition of a Soul aligned business is giving yourself grace for it to change. Right. You may shut down programs, you may be, you may go through something in life and be inspired to then walk people through that. You may think that you want to do one idea and then you start doing market research and talking to people and it leads to another idea, which leads to another idea. But you don't know until you actually immerse yourself and get started. And I think also to your point, sometimes it's difficult to make everybody's dealing with like feelings. Like most of our clients are in the health and wellness relationship space, whether that be physical wellness, mental wellness relationships. Yes, some are business coaches. But when you're dealing with feelings, it's difficult to almost hypernation make something tangible. So I think it's about describing the intangible in a way that it's going to show up in their everyday life. Like taking it a step further. It's like if you, you know, like my Stan cup, right. Like if you saw this on the shelf and you were going to go buy it, you could feel it, you could touch it, you could like try it out for yourself. But how would I describe this to you if your eyes were shut and I was going to tell you, like, how this could change your life. Right. Like, you have to be able to take it a step further. And I just can't describe it better than how is it going to show up for them in their everyday life? Right. There has to be some sort of cost or consequence or desire for them to buy their way out of their problem or reach their goals. Don't you feel like that's definitely a challenge that clients have, is making feelings of, I'm going to help somebody be happy, I'm going to help somebody stop being anxious. Okay, well, what is that going to do for them? How is that going to show up in their everyday life?
Yeah, absolutely. I think that that is definitely one of the things that we work a lot with clients because therapists are taught to solve every problem under the sun.
Touche.
Yeah. Which I think I just heard you in my brain, like you're saying that. But yeah, like therapists are literally taught to solve everything. And so with coaching, it's a little bit different. Right. Because you're building a body of work. So you do have to specialize in something like, and with that being said, therapy is already like an established kind of thing. Coaching is too. But again, with the creative freedom that you have, you also have to anchor it down. As we said, people need to know what Problem is being solved through the work that you're doing together. Whereas therapy or like if you go to a doctor or something like, you know, when I go to a therapist, I know what we're going to talk about. I know the general flow of the session. I know when I go to the doctor what to expect regardless of if it's, you know, one doctor, a different person. With coaching, you're building your online marketing, so you're doing social media, Facebook, Instagram, networking and all of that stuff because we have limitless possibilities in the coaching world. That's why it's so important for you to pick something that you can continuously clearly articulate through your marketing and the way that you speak to people and how you present yourself in the work that you do. So like, if somebody is, you know, dealing with anxiety, right? That in and of itself can be slightly vague because there's like a classic saying that's like if you're speaking to everybody, you're speaking to nobody. So if you think about ways that anxiety could show up in somebody's life, it could show up completely different for a student who's trying to focus on school and who has like really bad test anxiety and it's affecting their ability to get good grades in school or pass or whatever versus somebody who has anxiety around social anxiety and is feeling really lonely and isolated. And the programs, like, because you are also developing a curriculum and taking them more so on a journey than like a session to session basis, the programs are going to be completely different. So that's kind of where like you have to think about, right? And so that is like definitely really like hibernation. Those are kind of like random examples. But I think that that's the part where we really have to anchor down and nail it down. Because if you're speaking to everyone, you're speaking to no one. And even if I say live your purpose, like one person's purpose could be to, you know, help serve people and to be a therapist and another person's purpose could be to rob cars and sell them. I always drastic examples but like, you.
Know, like, well, it's flowery. That's what I call flowery language, right? In the coaching space it's called plain platitudes or cliches. Like anybody could say that, like a weight loss coach could say that, a business coach could say that, a anxiety coach could say that, a woman empowerment coach could say that, right? So going back to one, figuring out your why having a mission driven business, because you have to talk about it in your sleep all day, every day. You can't just pick something because it's of kind to be quote unquote easier or it's going to make you money because if it's not exciting you, it's going to fall to the ground. And I've seen it happen in the coaching business, right? Somehow some way you're going to be led back to what your soul is supposed to do. What is supposed to quite literally come through you and be an extension of you. I would say 90% of us are our own ideal clients. We had to walk ourselves through something and that's what makes us the best teachers of it, right? We don't have to know everything and we don't have to be the expert above everyone else. We just have to be the best that we can be and that's enough. So kind of recapping here everything we've talked about so far, right? Your mission, your why it needs to light you up and fuel you and bring hype and excitement because you gotta talk about it a lot. Let's talk about mindset for a second because I think 80% at least of our business is mindset. So we're, we're talking about building a soul aligned business when we can get caught up in this like mind drama of comparisonitis thinking, well, why should I just do it? Because it's already been done and it's already been done better and they're already way ahead of me. There's not room for me, I don't know enough. I mean these are just a few of the limiting beliefs that can come up. How important is mindset and what are some tips or common pitfalls that you see clients experiencing when it comes to mind drama and building a soul line business?
Yeah, definitely. I think it's so important. Like you said, it's like 80% of everything. And I say, I always say, I'm like, the strategy is actually kind of the easy part. That's something that we can learn, we can continue to learn. There's lots of books like, you know, in our coaching program we teach our clients a lot of different strategies. You know, there's so much that you can learn about strategy. It's endlessly available. And I think that with that being said, the hard part is your mindset. Because if it was easy, everybody would be doing it and everybody would continue to do it. It and it is challenging, right? But I think that there's a difference between hard and challenging. If it feels hard and it feels like you can't do it and you hate it and you dread it. That's a sign that you are not in alignment with your why and what you're passionate about. Because if it's what you're passionate about, you're not going to give it up. Even if you need to take a break, even if you need to reframe, even if you need to do things differently, you're not going to give it up because it's literally what your purpose is. And you can feel it in your body and spirit when you're not doing that, because you're always going to be thinking about how you want to do what you're passionate about, you know, and that's why I think a lot of people are drawn to the coaching industry. And I think that because there's so much creativity in it, and I think that as far as mindset goes around the comparison and there's somebody else doing it, one thing that comes to mind is, like, many ideas are actually not necessarily completely new ideas, right? For example, like, I teach yoga and meditation. I'm teaching a practice that has been created thousands of years ago. You know, like me coming up with a yoga class sequence or coming up with something, you know, workshop, whatever. Somebody's probably taught something similar on that. But nobody's going to teach it the way that you teach it. Nobody's going to have your specific energy. No one's going to have your personality. And the connection that we have with each other as human beings is always innately unique because we are all. And so that's something that's so important to think about because it's like comparing yourself to other people will always leave you feeling just bad, you know, like, it's never appropriate. And I think that sometimes it can be helpful to kind of, like, get inspiration or, like, see what people are doing. But I always recommend, if it's getting to the point where, like, you can't focus on your own work and you feel a creative block, then I actually recommend to not look at what other people are doing and to just go all in on your own stuff, you know. And so I think that one thing that I see come up in therapists specifically is the visibility piece of it because of the fact that in grad school, you know, they really. First off, for some reason, there's a stigma around coaching, which the stigma is rooted in people that are doing it unqualified, which is not what therapists are doing, right? And so there's this visibility thing that comes up around showing up online and, you know, doing podcasts or doing all these other different things that we do online to like get ourselves out there and then they get stuck with that. And it's like, why not utilize the resources that we have on the Internet and the fast changing world of technology and like therapy, like one to one therapy is great. I think there's always a place for it. Like being a therapist in and of itself is like. I mean I think it's the best therapist, I think it's beautiful. And I think it's even more amazing to think about how you can do one on one therapy and provide so many more resources online like podcasts, books and like creating content things you can help so many more people.
And speaking talk about coaching programs.
Yes, absolutely. I think another stigma that I see in like the therapy world is like making healing accessible. You want to talk about making healing accessible, get online and provide resources. So I know I kind of went off on like a little tangent on my.
I love it. I'm so here for it. I have so many things I could say. You're right. There's 7 billion people in this world. Somebody is waking up, waiting, wishing, praying, ready to urgently and eagerly pay you for your services because you can transform their lives. Nobody can do what you do, how you do it. The coaching industry is not a pie. Just because somebody has a piece of it doesn't mean that you, there's none left for you. Nobody has your story, your personality. I think that we usually invest in coaches, mentors, leaders because we see something in them that we see in ourselves. And this is why there's room for everyone, right? And it builds this like special bond because there could be, like you said, a million different yoga teachers, but nobody's going to do it the way you do it. Nobody has your story, nobody has your personality. So there is. And I just truly believe that from the bottom of my heart, like there's room for everyone. And then the strategy piece of it is standing out in the saturated market because it is saturated. The coaching industry is a 20 billion industry. But that doesn't mean that there's not room for you. It means that the time to get in is now. The time to get in was yesterday. It's only growing, I think ever since the pandemic hit. The elearning world just skyrocketed and it's not slowing down. And so I agree with you when you say talking about being accessible, like show up in the online space unapologetically with your burning why and mission, where you're so passionate you can't shut up about it. That's what's contagious.
150%. Yeah, I know. And it's, it's so interesting because, you know, I'm in grad school now and when I started I was so excited to tell everybody about what I was doing and I thought I was going to get so much support from my professors and stuff and there is just like a really big disconnect. And I notice it's just so interesting. It's like I kind of like am more protective of it now, but when I first started, like, there's one half that's very supportive. They're so excited. They think it's really great. And another one, another half where they're like, social media is unprofessional and got it. You can't, like, they're just not like, it's not clicking. And I'm like, I was just super feeling confused around it and then realized that a lot of what is being said around, like what we can and cannot do is not based on law or ethics. It's literally based on opinions and stigma.
And a lot of it is money driven as well. They teach us to not be seen and to stay small and stay in boxes so businesses can thrive and make money off of therapists who all their hearts want to do is save the world. Right? So some of it is based on ethics or law. Like we understand why, like the inner jurisdictional law is there where you can only see clients within your state. But I also think that the board is not up to date with the revolution of the Internet and the online. Like we just talked about, the online space is only growing. I think that there's a lot of undoing that we have to do as therapists from what we have learned and almost been like brainwashed in a way in school. Like I could have told you that going into grad school that you were gonna get these opinions. You're coming in hot. Being so proud of your coaching business and so mission driven to the fact that you're going back to school and it's a little bit close minded. I can't blame anyone. I used to think the same thing. Right? Because it's what we're taught. And we're also taught to we have to pay our dues. There's nothing else out there for us that even starting a business can be way too hard because we're just mental health professionals or social workers. We're not business people because they sure as hell don't teach us anything about business in school. Which they should.
Yeah, I actually been kind of encouraging everybody to kind of start talking about it more. We had a little business kind of coaching thing at the end of one of our classes from the only professor that talked about the field in a way that was exciting. The rest they talk about, like, how you don't. We don't come into this field to make a lot of money. And they talk about the doom and gloom and the burnout and like, to be honest, like, I don't really, like, I listen, but I don't take it in because I don't want that to, like, get into my spirit and like, why I joined this profession because it's not to be burnt out and it's not to sacrifice myself and it's not from a place of, like, I, you know, I'm only here to, like, for my own benefit. But it's because, like, I want to be of service. I want to love the work that I do because the energy is felt between human to human. Empathic. If you don't love what you do and you're burnt out, that is felt in session. But you can tell when you're therapist and it negatively affects client outcomes. And I think that when money is in the hands of people that will do good things with it, you can do so many more beautiful things in the world. Like we just talked about last night, doing sessions pro bono. And I thought to myself on the way home, I was like, isn't that so cool how you could build a successful coaching business and get, as you say, a white space on your calendar and you could spend a whole day doing pro bono sessions. You could do that and be so sustainable. It's just unlimited how much you can actually make mental health stuff more accessible through building a financially successful business. Yeah, online, it's just, it's miraculous.
And it's not that hard to protect your license. I think that scares people away. And that's a topic for another day. But it's not an excuse to not be a leveraged and abundant therapist who is creating curriculum or courses or digital products, or being an influencer online or being a podcaster or being a speaker or being an author. There's room for it all. It doesn't have to be. You're either a therapist or a coach. It can be all of the above. And it. And you can do it in a way that feels good to you and you can fulfill your mission of attempting to save the world. I think that's what we all want to do, is just save the world. My dad and I always joke like we can't save the world. We have to constantly remind ourselves of that. But I think that the place that mental health and social work in particular started was from such a shamanic place. And I feel like we've gotten away from that for so many different reasons, especially when the DSM was created and you know, for insurance purposes and putting people in a box. And I know so many people don't like that. And I also agree that there's a time and a space and a place for it. But I think that the coaching industry can be poo pooed on so much for valid reasons that I have experienced myself. And I know that could be a whole topic for another day. The coaching industry, I know that lights you up, Andy, but I feel like it's also a window of opportunity to tap into the online space and come back to your heart center and how. We kind of started this conversation today about your why and your mission. Allow this to be a portal to continue to express yourself and make a larger impact because the opportunities are absolutely endless.
Yeah, definitely that. And that's another thing that I love to kind of even think about with like our clients and just in general is like, you are not being a therapist. Like you being a therapist is actually amazing and you should lead with your credentials. We aren't taking therapy clients in the coaching business, but our work as a therapist informs our coaching practice. And I feel like the labeling is more so around just kind of like, yeah, protecting your license and just being mindful of like the, yeah, the language and like the things that we do to like protect ourselves. Which this is something that we teach our clients, which helps a lot because a lot of coaching programs don't teach you that. You actually really need to understand that if you're a therapist. And that's something that we start off with in Therapist to Coach accelerator is how to protect your license and get everything set up, because that stuff's important. But your online body of work is really just like an extension of the work you're already doing. And I think that can add a lot of joy and inspiration and like, I like to call it kind of like zesty energy. Like the energy, like kind of you're exploring a new place and you're traveling and you see like something even simple like a coffee shop and you're like, oh my gosh, this is so cool. Like that's the energy that I think that we can tap into, which is so beautiful when you've been doing something for 20 years or like even if you're just starting, like to be able to have something like that that can help you spark your joy. Talk about healing yourself and helping to support healing others again. You know when your therapist is burnt out, like, yeah, when you start yawning in session, it's time to make a change.
Yeah, it's a breath of fresh air. I get that feedback all the time. I think actually somebody just posted in the group this week about does anyone else get annoyed with their therapy practice because they're building their coaching business and it's so much more fun and they just want to work on building their coaching business because it's like that new fresh creative energy. I love that you said building a soul aligned business is like kind of like building like an art project. It's almost like little kid energy again, but in a different way. A way that again is an extension of you. Maybe what you had to walk yourself through or a collective of all of the experiences that you've guided clientele through and you've formed a passion around it. Maybe it's something that you almost had to help like family or friends through. It doesn't always have to be a personal lived experience. I would say 90% is when we really are our own ideal client. But it can be fun, it can be exciting. And that's what's really a soul aligned business. I think that our business will never outgrow our consciousness. And if you just think what that means, your business will never outgrow your consciousness. I think it's about being able to hold a space so big and have your creative bubble so big and have your abundance mindset so big where you can build this big booming business because you have this big bubble and space to hold it because it is fun when challenges happen. When the dip happens, you're prepared for it. Your why is driving you forward. You become a really good problem solver as an online coach. There are so many floating pieces. There's tedious, annoying things like it's not rainbows and butterflies, but it is so incredibly rewarding. And when hiccups happen and dips happen because you have this big beautiful bubble of creative space extension of you, your business cannot outgrow that consciousness because that consciousness is neck and neck in this big bubble. You're really setting yourself up for success. I don't know if that makes any sense. I can just visualize it so perfectly in my mind. Is that resonating?
Oh my God, absolutely. I, I definitely feel that on so many levels. And then like there's so many directions I could go. But I will say that like your business is like one of the deepest healing journeys that you can go on, especially this type of business, because it really is contingent upon the way that you show up. Right. And the way that you are confident and the way that you can express yourself. And I feel like in like private practice there's an element of that, but it's not really as dependent on showing up and showing face. Right. Like it, I feel like it's more so of like referral based and like networking and website stuff. Like you can kind of build a private practice without sharing your story and doing photo shoots and writing constant copy. You don't even really even need to utilize social media as much. But there's an element within coaching where you have so much more freedom that I really do feel that it is one of the most healing journeys ever to build an online business that's an expression of like your own work and your own mind and your own spirit. And of course there's elements of this in private practice, but it's different. And anybody that has gone into this will understand what I'm saying, saying. But I think it also comes down to nervous system regulation and the energetics behind that too because like, yes, on a physical level we have, you know, our body, our nervous system. How do our bodies respond to challenges? That's dependent on how much we processed our own stuff. And when you start something new in general, a lot of your stuff comes up, but especially in this because it's not like there's not really anybody holding you accountable except for yourself and, and your coaches of course, but mainly yourself. You are responsible.
You're driving the car. We're just in the passenger seat with the map.
Exactly.
You're driving the car.
Yeah, exactly. Yes. And the universe will not provide you with something you're not ready for. And I've seen this happen a lot in my own business. And I can be, you know, woo, woo, right? Like a little like spiritual, whatever, but I'm also like a very grounded person person. Like I am a no BS type of person. Like I'm into manifestation, but like I'm going to tell you some really grounded stuff as well. But I have physically seen the times where I was stressed out and pressed and worry completely directly correlate with how successful my business is doing. I have seen this happen time and time again. I cannot make this up. And again, I am not the type of person just, just like say this stuff because it sounds cool. Like I Physically can see the impact of like my energy and my mindset and the way that I show up to my business. It's a mirror. All of life is a mirror. Every relationship that you have is a mirror of your inner world back to you. You know, and sometimes the universe throws us mindset tests, but all of it is a mirror, and especially your business, because you are in relationship with your business too.
It is Amir. And this isn't woo by any means. This is science, baby. The scale of consciousness. Dr. David Hawkins, he went out and measured every single vibration and emotion. This is quite literally how the law of attraction works, right? So you do have to be an energetic match for what you're calling in to your online business. And that is highly dependent on the vibe, right? That's literally your vibration, the frequency that you are vibrating all day, every day. And having a frequency that is an emotional home will then allow you to attract what is an energetic match. Everything works through resonance. So of course we're gonna go up and down on the scale of consciousness and we're going to have different moments. But this is what I mean by emotional home. If we can kind of have that stability or we have the tools, or rather sometimes we have the tools and we don't implement them. We implement the tools to regulate our nervous system and live in a state of frequency. For the frequencies that we then want to attract in our lives, we take the path of least resistance. This is where things just kind of like start to flow. Like you ever have those days where it's like everything is just like so hard to get done or weeks rather, or you're just frozen and then you have the times where you're just having fun and it's flowing and all these synchronicities are happening. And then maybe you enroll new client or this crazy thing happens and you just can't believe it and you almost like can't even keep up with yourself because you're just in flow. I can guarantee you're vibrating at a different frequency. So building a soul aligned business is about all of these other things we talked about today, but doing our own, like you said, nervous system regulation, emotional work to make sure that the mirror, because our business is a mirror, like you said, is being reflected in the way that we want to drive our business forward. We gotta do our own freaking work. We gotta do many self check ins. And when we get ourselves off track, we gotta get ourselves back on track. That's what's gonna drive the car and move the needle forward. In your online Business. Cause again, like 80% is mindset for sure. It's part universal law, part strategy. That's what I like to say.
A hundred percent and two, like within mindset. Like I feel like mindset doesn't even do it justice for the amount of like inner work that yeah, we do. You know, like, and what mindset really means in my like opinion is that it means like your mental health, your mental well being and it means your embodiment, which also includes your nervous system, regulation and how you're living day in and day out. So it literally is like a mental, spiritual, physical, emotional thing. And when I say inner work, I'm not saying we need to heal all the time. All the time. Oh, I'm always healing my trauma. Like I'm always doing it. No, I mean, yes, we do heal. I think we always feel layers of the onion. And it's also showing up as that next version of yourself. It's showing up as that CEO version of yourself. That yes, yes, we're always students, you know, so it's not about like being in the trenches. It's about lifting yourself up and knowing you are always a student. If you are a teacher, you damn well always better be a student. Otherwise get yourself off that pedestal.
A wise woman knows she knows nothing. That's one of my favorite quotes. Right? We're lifelong learners for sure. I love that you said that. I think it's about identity work. And you said being the next version of yourself. Who is she? What does she do every day? How does she show up? Who is that next level future version of you? And then the question is, how can I show up as her today? Who is she? What would she do and how can I show up as her today? What is the action steps that she would take? How would she think about this situation or problem? How does she invest in herself, in her business? How does she show up for her clients? How does she show up in the online space? How does she handle fear? What would she do? And then you do exactly that. And it's usually the hardest thing to do because you're not yet that person, but you're taking the steps to become her. And that's how people quantum leap in collapsed timelines is they show up as their future self now and inherently they just become that future self. That's a beautiful thing. I love that you said that. Is there anything else you want to add when it comes to building? I almost want to say a sacred, a sacred soul aligned business in the online space. Any last words for Anyone who's listening, who wants to build an online sacred soul aligned business.
Yeah. I think the thing that's coming up for me is living in integrity and being, you know, being the next version of yourself and truly leading with service and leading with wanting to deeply, genuinely care for your clients, whether it be coaching clients and therapy clients. Right. And we do that through pouring into our own cup, through taking care of ourselves and being like the best version of ourselves that we can. Indeed. It's so important as a healer. Right. And I think that a lot of times people have a fear around showing up online or fear around being salesy or showing up in a certain way. And when you're in integrity with your values and your in integrity with like leading with compassion and genuine relationship building, you will never be what you fear because you genuinely aren't what you fear. Right. Like, it's not weird until you make it kind of thing.
Yeah. That's kind of what your desires are, your roadmap. And if you're in integrity following that roadmap, your success will skyrocket. When you lead with service first, you always win. Yeah. Beautiful. Well, thanks so much, Mandy. This has been so much fun. Tell everyone listening where they can find you.
