Most excited I've ever been to record an episode. Because what I'm sharing with you, it's not just an update for my current clients or alumni, which I've already shared with with them. It's just something that impacts the entire future of coaching and the way I run my business. If you've been following along, you know that for years I've run a program called the Therapist to Coach Accelerator. It is my signature coaching program. It is the A to Z of all things. Therapist adding coaching. But recently everything shifted and I want to walk you through what sparked that shift. So where did this all come from? When I went on maternity leave earlier this year, I had a rare chance to step away and then come back with fresh eyes. I don't step away from my business too often. I have tons of freedom in my business, but like I completely turned off for the most part and just came back with fresh eyes. And I realized so much. I am very proud of the Therapist to Coach Accelerator. All the success stories, but there's still gaps. There's times where clients slowed down or tech tripped them up, momentum got lost. Even when I was on maternity leave myself, my business generated over half A million dollars. This is the power of having the right systems in place. But I'm always asking, just as the innovator, I am, like, how can I help my clients get even faster, easier results with a proven system? So when I was reflecting and I came back with fresh eyes, it led me to make some big decisions in the business. What are they? Firstly, Therapist to Coach accelerator is officially shutting down. Now, before you gasp, let me explain. I am not shutting it down because it didn't work. Obviously it works. It works really freaking well. I'm shutting it down because it's evolving into something even bigger and better and more powerful. It's called the Coach Intensive. Now, this isn't just a rebrand, it is an evolution. The core curriculum, the strategies, the frameworks, they're not going anywhere. What is changing though, is the infrastructure around it. There is more support, as if there wasn't enough already.
